I own a flat in the West End, which I rent out, but live in Australia, which means I rely heavily on a good letting agency to manage the tenancy. The flat was initially subject to significant plumbing and other problems, mostly the result of poor workmanship by the builder during renovations and had been an absolute nightmare until I assigned the tenancy to Western Lettings. Jack Gallagher has been incredibly helpful in organising competent tradesmen to rectify all the faults and to arrange a succession of excellent tenants. His agency is very efficient at looking after repairs and maintenance and its monthly statement of income and expenditure is exemplary. I cannot recommend Western Lettings highly enough.

I let my flat out through WL some 8 months ago. From the outset their level of service and advice was excellent. On their advice I advertised at a higher rate of rent than I first thought, resulting in them pretty much paying for themselves month on month.
