We have 30 years in the rendering industry. All work guaranteed for 15 years. West Yorkshire External Coatings have lots of experience with many different types of rendering and dash. From traditional renders, and pebble dash to the latest in silicone and polymer rendering. Adding external dash or render systems to your house will make it look better and increase its value and make it up to 45% more energy efficient.

Traditionally, render was made up of a sand cement mix. However, advances in technology have resulted in the addition of polymers, silicones, acrylics, aggregates, reinforcement and crack fibres. Polymer insulation renders are a perfect cost effective solution and have a variety of external wall applications.

Pebble Dash is a coating applied to a wall using a wet mortar with pebbles in it. Traditionally the mortar used in pebble dash was Lime based, but in more recent times cement is used instead. Since the early 1990’s polymer-cement mortar has been available in a wide range of colours for the mortar layer.

We are a Council approved business and do a lot of work for Bradford and other councils in the West Yorkshire area. We are also approved users of our products which include Wetherby Systems, Parexlanko, K Rend and Weber. We are a CHAS certified company.
