Brought my nephew to Rob as he was interested in having drum lessons. He loved Robs approach and wants to carry on…everyone's a winner.

I am a 50+ yr female who has always wanted to learn how to play the drums, I met Rob who visits me at home and is always friendly and very enthusiastic about teaching the drums. He is never disappointed at my lack of natural talent, he is always patient and teaches me something new in each lesson. My 5 yr old grandson has joined me for a lesson and it looks like Rob will have another family member to teach soon.

Rob is an inspirational tutor. His enthusiasm and energy for what he does shines through and is contagious. As a novice and having tried one other drum tutor previously, his method of teaching is far more superior as he moulds the lessons around you. I have improved and become a lot more confident in just a couple of months. Robs teaching methods make the sessions fun yet productive and I look forward to them every week. He is an excellent musician and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Rob's classes are always fun- which is the most important thing, especially since I'm being challenged so much. I play a few instruments and can honestly say that these are the most balanced and rewarding classes I've ever had, with an undoubtedly fast weekly progress. Book him!

Rob has been teaching our 13 year old for a couple of years and we have noticed a massive improvement in his technical ability. Rob manages to teach a variety of skills through playing modern tracks, rather than boring technical exercises. He has a built a great relationship with Louis, who in the past has struggled to connect with tutors.

Rob proved himself to be a patient man there were moments when he had to be ! , but he was always encouraging and frankly these lessons were fun I enjoyed every minute. I learnt so much, he is a great communicator with so much enthusiasm and energy that it was hugely contagious. My confidence has grown and I am certain a chose one of the best teachers !

Spent many years being taught by rob and his style of teaching works great. Rather than just playing from a book he uses your style of music to teach you. I have learnt many songs and was very happy with the quick progress. Would 100% recommend.

I started playing drums a good few years ago, had some lessons with a teacher, but then gave it up. Thinking that now, I was still pretty in touch with my skills I called Rob after a glowing reccomendation from one of my freinds who also goes to Rob for tuition. I was amazed that there was still so much I didn't know, couldn't do and more importantly, wanted to learn. For me personally, Rob is a very genuine and generous guy who realy does love what he does. Rob has imrpoved upon my playing ability ten fold and every lesson is such good fun.
