Wellspring Everyday Support Ltd is a CQC-registered home-care provider based in Dudley. We support adults who need help to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. Our current service area covers DY1, DY2, DY3, DY4 and DY5. We welcome enquiries from private clients, relatives, representatives and people using direct payments.

Our Care and Support Services.
We provide person-centred support based on each individual’s assessed needs, preferences and daily routines. Our services include personal care, assistance with washing and dressing, medication prompting, meal preparation, companionship, shopping support, community access and help with everyday activities. We can also provide respite support for family carers and short-term assistance for people returning home following a hospital stay, subject to assessment and availability.

Our Approach to Care.
We understand that choosing care for yourself or a relative is an important decision. Our aim is to provide respectful, reliable and compassionate support while protecting each person’s dignity, privacy and independence. Before care begins, we discuss the individual’s needs and agree a clear care plan with them and, where appropriate, their family or representative. Our management team remains available to review the support and respond when a person’s needs change.
