Please note : that wherever possible nearly all the solutions for financing are provided by Principal Lenders ie ' own money lending '. Thus there is much more flexibility and not the 'tick box lending' as experienced with the High street lenders. Decisions are made MUCH more quickly and not by 'committee', adhered to, and funds released far faster, and with far greater transparency.

client is ALWAYS treated with respect - ie 'treat as want to be treated' is the ethos. Ethics are important; no fees for instance are charged upfront unless absolutely necessary Eg a survey / legal fee etc, and these are NEVER ' top loaded' to make a profit. Transparency is a given. It is ALL about helping someone to move to where they want, or need, to be if at all possible. If a solution isn't available the client will be told honestly why.
