I have been using this company for years, (going back to when Niel worked out of his garage) During all this time he has kept "alive" my P. C. , my various iphones, the kids iPads, then later their laptops. Always found the service (and price) EXCELLENT. Number 1 in my book and would recommend to anyone.

Called in after phoning to check if they could replace the battery in my iPhone 6s as it kept dying on me. They did a check on it and the battery was fine. I was shown ways to help to stop draining my battery and not sold one for the sake of it. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and kind and didn’t even charge me for checking the phone. So pleased to have found this place and it will always be the first place I go to if I have a problem again. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service. They repaired my broken iPhone X which had a black screen and when I went to pick it up the same day the gentleman said there was no charge. You cannot get a better service that. Also purchased a refurbished iPhone and it’s still working after 2 years. Will always use for any phone repairs.

My work at home laptop was fixed and made to. Run faster too. I also had my daughters iPhone fixed as well and she is also really happy.

I’ve been over charged twice for my screen on my iPhone 8 and 2 of my friends who only got their iPhone 8 screen fixed last week paid £50 and I got charged £60 when I questioned him about it he said it must have been an iPhone 6 but my friends son only paid £40 for it he needs to pay everyone the same!

These guys were lifesavers for me today. Repair done in 15minutes. Brilliant.

Took an iphone for screen repair. £30. Fair enough. Couple of weeks later, camera not working. £30. Then the side button went £25. Now the main button has gone. Seems it isn't fixed well. After the initial cost of £30 it rose to £85 in a few weeks. My phone would be cheaper to replace on ebay. Button now stopped working, not going back. I felt I got trapped into paying more and more for second rate repairs. Maybe I was unlucky, given other reviews, but I am stopping at £85 and not going back. Having used my lap top off site for training purposes the recipient's IT technician connected it to their wi-fi system and made changes to my computer. I subsequently could not connect it to my home wi-fi. Neil quickly assessed the issue and corrected it in about 10 minutes. He declined my offer of £10 but I insisted and suggested that he donated it to charity if he so wished. Very personable and helpful I would unreservedly recommend this company to anyone experiencing PC or lap top issues.

The hinge on my laptop had broken. When I took it into Neil he quickly diagnosed what it would take to repair it and gave me a verbal rough estimate. After pricing up the relevant part he then contacted me as promised with a price which was mid-estimate. I was then contacted once the part had been ordered in and the laptop was repaired within a few hours. It is now as good as new. Superb service and I would definitely recommend them.

My power socket has noe been mended and other problems sorted quickly for a better than expected price. Came to me recommeded by a friend.
