Hi had my boiler serviced 17/12/20. The service from w c heating was first class and would call them a again to check my system thanks mr mc Donald.

Had a routine annual boiler service, identified potential issue and gave honest advice. Will be using again if the issue worsens. Great service fully recommended.

Old boiler condemned but Wayne came up good. Replacement fitted next day. Very tidy and fast worker. No hesitation in recommending.

Arrived home from a holiday to find our old boiler no longer working, phoned WC Heating who came out that day. Wayne was very helpful, but the boiler was beyond repair, ours is a LPG boiler so Wayne ordered a new one which would take two days to arrive, in the meantime Wayne came out one evening to remove the old one, then came out on a Sunday morning to fit the new boiler. Very pleased with the service we received , we would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely delighted with the service received today. Arrived early, found and resolved problem promptly, cleared away all of the mess and a thoroughly nice guy too. Highly recommend and will use again.

Wayne recently replaced and re-sited a 40 year old boiler. His recommendation for the new site was something we hadn't considered and we are delighted with the result. All the new pipework is tidy and almost a pleasant feature in itself. A few ancient pipes that leaked under the new pressurised system were quickly replaced. Wayne also fitted a new shower. We are very pleased with our new system and with the work that was done. Everything left clean and tidy and in spite of a few unforeseen extras, work was finished on schedule. We hope to have Wayne working for us again later this year.

Wayne has done a superb job installing a new boiler. I was kept fully briefed of the issues and given open and honest options (i. E. Repair vs new) to enable me to make an informed decision. Very friendly and approachable. Wouldn't hesitate to use Wayne again and would certainly recommend him to family and friends.

From 80, s avocado green to a fantastic new bathroom that I have to keep going to look at, waited a very long time for this bathroom so expectations were high and Wayne did not disappoint, he did a brilliant job, as a picky customer kept me in the loop to make sure I was happy at every stage, very neat worker, very friendly and worked very hard to meet my high standards and make sure I was happy with the result. I would highly recommend Wayne and thank him for my lovely bathroom.

I've now has wayne out a couple of times for different work. All I can say is brilliant service. Left him with a key with full confidence all would be done as needed. Brilliant !

Wayne and Bruce removed our approximately 15 years old boiler, and replaced it with a new Baxi platinum. They explained all what they were doing and left minimum mess; they did the work to our wishes regarding placement of piping etc, and cleared all the radiators. A week on the new boiler is working great. Many thanks.

My very old boiler of nearly 30 years packed up so I contacted WC Plumbing for a quote to replace it. I decided I wanted the new boiler repositioning elsewhere in the property rather than in the kitchen again which meant additional work due to rerouting pipework, a new flue etc. I also wanted an additional radiator fitting plus a towel rail in the bathroom. Of the 3 quotes I received they were slightly cheaper than the other 2 but more importantly the engineer included details like removing the old flue and replacing 3 roof tiles, replacing a very dodgy stop cock and some pipework which had seen better days. I was that impressed with the engineers knowledge I decided to have all the radiators replaced at the same time as fitting the new boiler and this actually worked out a lot cheaper than if I'd done it at a later date. The guys were courteous, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I can't praise them enough and would definitely recommend them to other people. Just keep them supplied with tea, coffee and the occasional biscuit and you won't go far wrong.

Wayne at WC Heating and Plumbing came to repair a water pipe that suddenly burst late at night. He was available on the phone to direct and help in getting the water stopped immediately, and then arrived shortly after to fix the pipe. Thinking the worst, that I'd need to rip the whole bath out to get to this awkwardly located pipe, I was delighted to see that he was able to fix it so quickly and with such skill. He also spotted the other pipe was close to failure and replaced this. Such a relief to have it sorted. Highly recommended. I'll be back with all my plumbing work here forward! Thank you, Wayne!

Had a new combi boiler fitted by the lads, excellent service and quality of work would highly recommend.

Wayne was called to repair our boiler, but it had to be replaced, which was carried out within one day - I consider this exceptional customer service. On the basis of his work we asked him to replace our ensuite which he did to an exceptional standard. I cannot praise Wayne enough. :).

I would just like to say that the service I received from WC was exceptional. They guys did a fabulous job extremely efficiently and without mess or delay I was really please. In addition my heating bills were reduced by such an amount I received a £670 rebate from my energy supplier in the first 6 months. Having a replacement boiler was certainly the best thing to do.
