I’m a carer for my mum who had a water leak. I can honestly say he is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and kind people I’ve ever met. He went out of his way coming so quickly to help and was very understanding of my mums situation. His knowledge and skills are amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The issue my mum was having is coming from a neighbours house and James managed to get down to the bottom of this quickly. I phoned James Anderson on Thursday morning 26/10 as I had a problem with my toilet overflowing and my shower leaking he very promptly came before noon looked what was required and gave me a price for the work I agreed for this to be done he went for parts and did the work for witch I am most grateful as being disabled he was so helpful would have no hesitation in calling on him again--well done James all done very quickly.
