Operating Online only from Sharnford (Hinckley) Leicestershire, Waterside Nursery provides pond plants grown on the nursery to customers through our illustrated online website. Established in 1995 the company has many years experience in growing water plants and online retailing.

The Nursery provides advice on purchasing and maintaining pond plants. The expert staff can help on suitable combinations to give all year round colour interest and create a well balanced pond or patio pond container - pond in a pot feature.

Waterside Nursery also supplies lightweight fibreglass coloured containers to feature as patio pond containers. They make planted water features for small gardens where ponds are not suitable but water gardening is wanted on a smaller scale. Miniature waterlilies and small growing pond plant species are available from the Nursery for these container features.

The company is run by Linda Smith who has been involved in the Pond plant industry for 20 years. Waterside Nursery exhibits at Royal Horticultural Society Flower Shows including Chelsea Flower Show where since 2011 they have won Gold Medals. They feature in The Garden magazine (RHS), and have done articles for Which? Gardening and Saga Magazine as well as contributing to TV programmes - Love Your Garden and Big Dreams Small Spaces amongst others.

We pride ourselves on selling good quality plants that are sent to you so that you have as little work to do as possible. They are ready rooted in mesh baskets with aquatic compost.
