Excellent service and easy to book over phone. The repair engineer had all the parts with him that he could possibly need. The diagnosis and repair itself was made within one hour and the machine returned to full working order. The engineer cleaned and hovered up after himself.

I picked the date I wanted and I had a phone call after 9am saying the engineer would arrive at about 2pm. You are given a price to repair and that price won't change so you know before hand what you have to pay. Engineer arrived on time, was very friendly and extremely efficient, left everything clean, tidy and working! Good service and real value for money - so pleased I didn't buy a new washing machine which is what I was considering. Would definitely use your company again in the future, thanks for the great service.
