Eddie came to repir our hoover machine but it turned our to be beyond economical repair. He priced the parts and discused and he then got us a choice of replacements. We bought a Bosch achine off him for a good price and he delivered it the next day and installed it having taken away the old machine the day before. Very trustworthy would strongly recommend.

Contacted Eddie re my failing 17 year old washer. He arrived and carried out an intensive diagonstic. He reported that whilst the washer would still work it had seen better days and was B. E. R. At no stage did Eddie suggest that I should get rid of the machine and buy a new one from him. However, all thing considered a new amchine was the best option. The service and advice given regarding the repair on the dryer which had stopped rotating was spot on. Instead of buying a new dryer which was our first fear our mind was put at rest with a quick repair as was quoted a lot lees than a new unit. The repair was quick and convenient and all is back to normal. If a new dryer had been needed that too he could supply and fit if required.

Having an electrical problem on a dishwasher Eddie quickly identified the faulty part and checked the whole machine. He is prompt and professional keeping the customer informed of work and costs required. Eddie will let you know if a machine is worth repairing. He is very reliable, easily contacted, sources the part and visits exactly when he says. He offers good advice to prolong the life of your machine. I called Eddie Johnson from Washer-wise on Friday 4th January 2013 to fix our leaking Hotpoint Dishwasher. Eddie was prompt, courteous, professional and quickly sorted out the problem at a very modest cost. We were very impressed with his service and would recommend him to anyone. Eddie came to fix our oven. Quick service, explained everything that was wrong, explained what he would do to put it right and what each part of the service would cost. You cannot ask for more. Would recommend him to anyone.

Eddie really knows his stuff - he's quickly and efficiently replaced worn out parts when our Bosch washing machine started leaking a couple of years ago and most recently when our dishwasher (also Bosch) stopped draining, he was able to diagnose the fault over the phone, and suggest how best to try and fix it myself before needing him to arrange a visit. Spookily, he was even able to correctly predict that it would probably be a piece of broken glass that was jamming the pump impeller and preventing it from getting rid of the standing water. It was (he was wrong about there also being sweetcorn though. ). How many people do you know who will give that extra bit of effort to help their customers for absolutely nothing if he can, without the need for so much as a call-out charge? Eddie does that - top chap! Not a bad goalkeeping coach too, but that's another story.
