Took my daughters pc in with a few issues I'd tried again and again to resolve had been running really slow then just had black screen. Took it in just before lunch and had it back before 5 all sorted and running fast. Excellent service fast turn around and keeps you informed went there as two people I know recommended him and I would do the same. Thanks so much for your help Paul.

Had a laptop that was rendered useless by having too small a drive for Windows updates! Paul opened it up identified correct compatable SD drive installed and had it ready to collect in 2 days. As good as new now and running perfectly. Brilliant service and value for money. Would highly recommend.

It's been three months since my PC was re-set and returned to me earlier than quoted, and running like a brand new one. I've thoroughly tested every aspect of my refurbished laptop, and it's performed solidly, and without a hiccup. PC Doctor are defiantly recommended for any advice, upgrades or repairs in future. .

My PC would not boot up. I could do nothing it was dead. Took it to Paul the PC Doctor and he fixed it. Also he made sure I was totally backed up. Very quick and readsonable. Well pleased, would recommend to anyone with a tech problem.

Used PC doctor when my laptop wouldn’t start up, all indications of hard drive failure. PC doctor were excellent they managed to save all my data, pictures etc and installed a new hard drive. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Walked in without any pre arranged appointment, Laptop had died following a failed Windows update. Paul was both welcoming, friendly and informative. Discussed re-install of Windows 10 and whether I wanted to "save" my documents + options available to resolve issues on my sons PC. Paul fully re-installed windows on LapTop, and it was ready in 48 hours! (faster than I could get back to collect it) for an excellent price. Would highly recommend and will certainly have him on topof my list for any issues that arise in the future.

I contacted Paul after being quoted that I considered an exhorbitant price by Apple to repair a damaged Macbook screen. He explained the various options and was able to source and renew the screen much cheaper than Apple had quoted. I was kept informed of progress during the repair and received first class service which I would reccomend to anybody looking for a computer repair.

Managed to lock myself out of my desktop PC. Problem was sorted in a timely manner, great service and price. Paul was really helpful and communications were first class. Would recommend to others.

Great friendly, local service. Turnaround time was 48hrs for a hard drive boot cloning on my PC. Even tidied existing internal array of hard drives and reconnected to faster SATA ports on the motherboard. Well worth the money. I'm pretty good when it comes to computers and have always done my own bits and pieces but with this I'd reached a dead end. These guys got me exactly where I wanted to be. Another satisfied customer :).

Couldn't log in as laptop had 'frozen' Repairs done within a few days by the PC Doctor sorted out the problem. I'm not very tech friendly and wasn't baffled by technology jargon which was very welcome!
