Horrible experience from Warren. We were recommended his service, by family and he let us down. He was very rude and unprofessional and didn't want to listen to the customer once payment is done.

Response : Having hundreds of satisfied customers, we were unfortunate to have to deal with Varun. Having successfully repaired his broken down boiler , Varun cannot accept that additional unrelated heating faults discovered require a revisit and remuneration. The type of person to complain if they win the lottery. Avoid at all costs.

Extensively researched to replace old system boiler with combi and found Vaillant boilers best value-and local registered installer Warren Sayer. Amazingly knowledgeable, quality workmanship, thorough with install and always attends for any even minor issues.
