I had 3 quotes to install central heating throughout my flat. Tony was not only the best value but gave a very honest and professional opinion to the type of radiators and system that was required. He was punctual, tidy and completed the work on time. He was flexible to slight changes in the requirements and was able to come back at a later date to do a couple of other smaller jobs (new shower and tap).

Tony was a complete life-saver with my conked-out boiler. Saving me from a very chilly Christmas/having to replace the whole boiler, he replaced several parts (which involved two trips to pick said parts up, and a fair amount of research with the boiler manufacturers) and got it running again (never have I been so grateful to have hot water! ). Also, after it transpired that more than one part that was broken, he explained exactly wasn't working and the various options before sourcing anything else, so I was aware of what costs might be around the corner, and could make an informed decision. Top notch service :o).

Tony gave a clear estimate of what was wrong and showed me what was needed, He arrived on time and worked most efficiency explaining what he was doing. He cleared up and left the kitchen clean. He also should me what parts had been removed and replaced. I have every confidence in his work.

My old Worcester boiler was coming to the end of it's lifespan, so I had shopped around and had a few quotes, but wasn't impressed. Tony had been recommended to me and he has been excellent. I had a new Glow Worm Boiler and 4 new radiators installed. Tony took the time to give me various different quote options and he explained the differences between each of them. He took the time to keep me updated and fit the installation in as quickly as possible. Once installed I had an initial problem where the boiler was dropping pressure, which was the result of a leak in one of the old existing copper pipes and he was good enough to resolve and replace this for me at no extra cost. My heating is now fully functional and I am really happy with it all. We had an old system replaced by a new Glowarm Combi. The system was in need of replacing so I shopped around for a few quotes. I had done my research so knew more or less what I needed. I was really impressed by Tony's knowledge and passion. He suggested what was needed and provided a few alternatives, giving pros and cons of each, so I could make an informed choice. He wasn't pushy and gave me the time to make a decision. After installation there was a minor problem (not Tony's fault) with Hot /Cold feeds being reversed. Tony was recommended to me by a friend. I had had problems getting my boiler serviced because I had no inspection hatches for the gas flu. Tony arranged to install inspection hatches for the flu in my ceilings and serviced my boiler for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him. He has a very professional approach and gave me an honest appraisal of the work that I needed to have done. I had previously been advised to get a new boiler so Tony has saved me a lot of money. I will be using him again.

Tony was recommended by a friend of mine as I was trying to obtain a boiler service. The guy I had previously seems to have disappeared of the planet. Boiler service completed without any problems and Tony has me in the diary for next year so no more chasing around. Tony has also installed a scale inhibitor, room thermostat and replaced the boiler flue. First class workmanship despite the problems that were encountered and good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family, this guy is the real deal.

We had a hot water cylinder removed, a Glo Worm boiler installed, and a new bath mixer tap and shower head installed. Out of 7 plumbers Tony provided the best quote, as well as the best service. He was punctual to all appointments, and the work was carried out in a timely manner. I have since recommended to 2 of my friends. Overall, very pleased with a hassle free service.

Installed new Vaillant combination boiler in airing cupboard. Fitted new Wireless control and recommended outdoor sensor. Flushed system through and fitted a magnetic heating filter to help protect my heating. Very pleased with all the work carried out in a timely manner, on time and within the agreed budget. The boiler is guaranteed for 7 years and Warm Zone have agreed to service my boiler for free next year. Brilliant Service. Highly Recommended. :).
