This is the third time we have used warm sanctuary the service you get is second to none, Bobby and his staff are always friendly and welcoming nothing is to much trouble Bobby comes and measures up so there no mistakes. The fitting is first class no mess left always hoovered up we will be back soon for a stair carpet thanks to warm sanctuary. Just an update we have again been to warm Sanctuary for bedroom and stairs and landing carpets as usual the staff were helpful and friendly the fitters came to fit the bedroom carpet and were fantastic we are waiting for the stair carpet to arrive ,would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for carpets .

Friendly, professional, speedy and excellent service from Bobby, Michelle and Ray and Emma. Shop closed due to lockdown so Bobby brought a selection of carpets to our home. The carpet was delivered very quickly and to fit in with our schedule. Bobby and the team uplifted our old carpet and disposed of it which was a great help. The new carpet has been fitted beautifully. Ray, the fitter, cleared up everything and took away all the waste. The whole process was friendly and stress free. My first purchase with Warm Sanctuary was bedroom carpet and it was such an excellent customer experience that I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Michelle and Bobby gave me very relevant and helpful advice, Bobby was extremely knowledgeable about products and Michelle marvellous regarding colour choices. This resulted in an excellent quality carpet that blended in perfectly thus avoiding the disappointment of ending up with a carpet that doesn’t meet expectations, often the case in my past experience. My purchase was of excellent quality and at a very reasonable price, a better bargain than that offered at large chain stores. Bobby personally made sure measurments were correct, potential difficulties of fitting in an older house addressed and employed very good fitters who were skilled, punctual, polite and tidy. Bobby and Michelle provide old fashioned high quality customer experience naturally, and I was so pleased that I returned and to date they have floored the whole house – kitchen, bathroom, sitting, dining, hallway and porch. This has again been done expertly, there has been no hard sell, the floors look beautiful and choices perfect, the deal was competitive and the fitting done with skill. I recently had Amtico flooring fitted in my bathroom by Warm Sanctuary. Initially I had made contact with the two well known department stores in Newcastle but was underwhelmed by their attitude and service. I decided to search locally and visited Bobby and Michelle at Warm Sanctuary. After a cup of coffee and a chat we decided on the colours that best suited my decor. I was given samples to take away and allowed to make the final decision at my own pace. After placing the order I received regular updates before a fitting date to suite was made. The fitter arrived on time and fitted the flooring perfectly. I can not speak too highly of professionalism and attention to detail given by Bobby and Michelle and would certainly recommend to my friends.

We were first enticed into Warm Sanctuary by the quirky and fun window displays created by Bobby and Michelle as we headed down Claypath, and the need to support a local business. We were not disappointed to say the least. Not only are they perhaps the friendliest couple you will ever meet, but they are the consummate professionals, and the service they provided was impeccable. With their flair for colour and design, coupled with their ability to make you feel completely at home, it made the process of choosing both carpet and Amtico throughout our home a pleasurable one. Their knowledge and experience is unquestionable, and I would recommend Warm Sanctuary to anyone wanting to avoid the usual cold clinical sales pitches of the ubiquitous carpet chains!

Warm Sanctuary Ltd. Fitted all new flooring whilst I was unable to be at the property. I was kept informed of how things were going and they pulled out all the stops to get the work completed so that when I returned everything was done including them hoovering the flooring. The range of flooring is fantastic, the owners are really knowledgeable and offer excellent advice when needed and they really care that the customer is happy.

We recently contacted Warm Sanctuary when we needed new wood flooring. Bobby and Michelle offered guidance and advice and provided us with a new solid oak floor. We were so happy with the service they provided, that we decided to to go back to them a month later for a new living room carpet. Again the service and product they provided were first class. Bobby & Michelle were absolutely fantastic throughout the two months it took us to decide which carpet to buy for the stairs and landings. Nothing was too much trouble, and the continuous flow of samples and advice was much appreciated. They really go above and beyond, and were brilliant at organising the fitting before Christmas. We had spent months ignoring the fact that we desperately need a new living room carpet, but just before Christmas we had mass panic that we 'must' have a new one in time for all the family coming for Christmas. Warm Sanctuary was our first port of call on the carpet hunt, and due to the excellent service we received, our only port of call. They were extremely helpful and advised us about what type of carpet would best suit us, our lifestyle (i. E two under two's), and budget. I thought all i had to worry about was colour! They also supplied and fitted our carpet in time for Christmas. I thought carpet buying would be boring and never knew there was so many different types of carpet, left the shop happy and educated. And i am very happy with my new carpet it has totally transformed the room. Thanks to bobby and his team i got the carpet i wanted for my livingroom he gave me value for money and a great service the quality i got was great and a frendley service i will be using him when i go to buy more carpets and anyone looking for a carpet should try him i cant recemend him and his team hightly enought the best carpet shop in durham by far thanks bobby.

After I had a grim experience of water damaged carpet and floor in my dining room, Bobby and Michelle came to my rescue with kindness, support and professional advice. They moved furniture, took away the damaged carpet, arranged to fit in with the builders who replaced the floor so I had minimum disruption, and then replaced my carpet. The fitters were excellent.
