I no longer live in West Bromwich so everything was arranged by phone and post. Carol Phillips could not have been more helpful. See kept me informed all the way through the process. When the headstone was completed and replaced she Sent me a photo by email. It looked superb. The work done was excellent and I couldn't be happier.
