Walk in Wardrobe Store

We first met Steve at a show Sept 2018, we looked at the stand and knew this was the look we wanted, we spoke to Steve and he was friendly, professional and as became apparent, very passionate about his product, we never thought we would be able to afford such a refined look. We had already contacted the usual companies, the quotes where off the scale, the designs predictable. Steve’s design for all three rooms were innovative, modern and refined, the delivery drivers were careful, professional and polite, the fitters worked hard over long days, Steve visited site for each stage to make sure all was going well and we were happy. Steve and his wife Sam even visited us on a Saturday afternoon because I had the jitters about a colour, Sam’s advice and insight in to the look we were trying to achieve was constructive and very welcome. I cannot fault Stephen’s professionalism, execution or delivery of an outstanding set of drawers and walk in wardrobe. Nothing was too much trouble and he is so helpful. The delivery drivers was also first class and the instructions / help for self assembly Thank you - I love them ? .

We can highly recommend Walk in Wardrobes, we had a unique space that we wanted to try and utilise for storage and wardrobe space. Right for the outset, working with Stephen was a delight, he was very helpful with suggestions on how to use the space and the end result is outstanding and more than we could have wished for. We'd also like to add that the fit out company that work with Stephen to fit the wardrobes, were a delight to have onsite and they worked very hard to achieve our wardrobe dream. Just got back from holiday to find our walk in wardrobe fitted and we were just bowled over by how amazing it looks. From the moment we spoke to Stephen on the phone, everything we discussed was implemented to our requirements and within timescales. The service we received was excellent. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. We would definitely recommend Walk in Wardrobes to all our friends and family and we are also going to commission them for further work.

We have had our walk in wardrobe for 3 years now and it looks as good as new. Stephen was very helpful during the planning stage, even arranging for us to visit a project nearby as we live in the North of England, which is quite a distance from the factory. The quality is exceptional and great value for money. I fitted the system myself and everything was supplied, even down to the screws. There were no faults and it all arrived on time. A fantastic company to deal with who I would recommend to anyone interested in a quality walk in wardrobe.

We were initially slightly apprehensive about using Walk in Wardrobes as we found them on the internet. However our initial fears vanished once we started working with Stephen who was exceptionally helpful with the design and suggestions for our room. Living in Guernsey this with an export job. The materials were very well packed and there was no issues with the delivery. The support provided to our local tradesman who installed was also first class and both they are now also recommending Walk in Wardrobes to their customers! I have no hesitation in recommending. After sales care is also first class. We are now looking at doing another room with WIW so there's no better recommendation than that!

Very pleased we encountered this superb company at a show last year as otherwise we may of ended up with an inferior product from the usual suspects! Pleasure to deal with from start to finish taking onboard our wants and needs with superb design / execution and spot on installation to boot. Highly recommended.

What can I say, I waited 3 years for my walk in wardrobes and it hasn't disappointed me! The quality of the product is second to none and the finish is as perfect as it gets. Stephen is very patient in the design process and has a genuine interest in getting it right for you. He makes great suggestions, all of which we adopted, which has meant my finished product surpassed even my high expectations. Nothing is too much trouble and even the delivery drivers adopt this same attitude. My husband chose to install our wardrobes himself which was also a painless process and very logical. In summary, there are others out there on the market but this has to be number one. You cannot compare the finished product here to others available - walk in wardrobes are in a league of there own. The whole process was the most pleasurable I have had for any interior design project. Stephen was extremely helpful as regards design options and the company have the largest range of different wardrobe interior combinations that I could find on the internet. I initially felt that I was taking a risk as I had never heard of this company before but I am so glad I did. Once I had roughed up my ideas via email, he gave lots of guidance on different drawer sizes and types of shoe/ bag shelf. Do ask, if you cannot see what you want online. There are some great finishes/ colours and he came on site to demonstrate these and to check my measurements which was very reassuring. It was rapidly manufactured and they were very accommodating as to when they could be fitted. Go for the company fitting option. The two guys fitted my large walk in wardrobe in a day and were so courteous and hard working and extremely good at what they did. They stood back at 7pm at night and genuinely looked proud of what they'd done and I have to say its even better than I hoped. Its maximised all my storage and I have something that looks like a scene from sex in the city. The drawers all close fully so the moths cannot get at my jumpers and the guys adjusted the heights of the hanging rails for my dress lengths. This is like having a custom built solution but not as expensive. This is the kind of British company that's a pleasure to employ as the attention was individual and the product excellent. We came across walkin wardrobes at the grand design show. Stephen himself came to our home to take measurements (some being very awkward as they were in our coverted loft hence sloping ceilings) he came up with very good ideas of which we agreed with. Very reasonable prices. We have now used walk in wardrobes for three of our bedrooms, the last bedroom they excelled themselves by producing matching bed side units, a levision unit to house playstation (all concealed)etc a desk/dressing table, all to match dressing room. We are having a new build and have been able to add on the luxury of a large walk in wardrobe. We wanted this to be stylish, functional and like Simon Cowells (well, that was my request). I searched around but this company was the only one that came up with what I had envisaged it would look like. Stephen was so helpful and I called him a few times on his mobile to ask questions and change things and he never minded. The emailed designs came there next day and were exactly what the finished article looked like and the 2 guys that fitted it stayed till 10pm to finish it in a day for me. There are lots of slopes in our room so it was not a standard square room and the finished room is spot on. No errors. Very solid shelving and having shown it round to my friends I am definitely the envy of them all. I would recommend Stephen and his company to anyone.

My wife and I had a full wardrobe suite supplied by Walk In Wardrobes fitted into a dressing room we recently built. Now it is completed we are absolutely delighted by the design and also the quality of the materials, it looks great. We were also very impressed by how the whole process was handled from original enquiry through design and quotation and ultimately the delivery. There was no pressure at any time applied by Walk in Wardrobes and the whole thing was made to be very straightforward. I was initially a little reluctant to order the wardrobe from the internet however having completed the exercise I am very happy to recommend the company.

We were looking for a custom walk-through wardrobe to fit our new loft conversion and Walk in Wardrobes provided, by far, the best service. The quality of the service is fantastic, with custom-fit panels available to fit the limited head-room that we had available in the loft. The design process was incredibly helpful and let us visualise exactly what we were going to get before we made our order. We were incredibly pleased with the fitting service. Our wardrobes were delivered and installed with care and attention to detail, even packing out the walls to ensure a square fit. The quality of the wardrobes is fantastic, with thick veneer, rounded edges and steel fittings giving the final product a tough, durable feel. More importantly, they look fantastic. What really makes this walk-in wardrobe different to the other models that we looked at was the back-panels in the same finish as the shelves. This gives the completed product a high-end feel, rather than the cheap-looking finish of wardrobes with see-through shelves and hanging rails. Even better, the hanging mechanisms mean that there's no side panels between wardrobe sections; this gives a smoother look, rather than the appearance of a set of wardrobes without doors, bolted together. Stephen couldn't have been more helpful in the planning and took the inconvenience created by my incorrect measurements in his stride. Stephen and Daniel installed the wardrobes and did an excellent and tidy job. Great value for money compared with similarly priced, lower quality and less attractive pole and ladder systems. Comparable to bespoke joinery solutions but at an affordable price.
