It seems very few in the north actually work with microcement but the closest to us was Wojciech, initially he was quite insistent we go to his show room and I couldn't understand why, it just looked like an apartment on Google maps, but when we arrived it all made sense very quickly. He has literally turned his apartment in to a showroom, every surface is an exhibition of so many finishes I lost count, I actually wish we found him sooner as he offered a textured finish that was exactly what we were looking for in our living room but eventually didn't get to do. I digress all of these surfaces and finishes made our jobs easier, we could just point out to the finish we liked pick any colours we wanted and a date was set. Our kitchen was a ground up rework so we were actually delayed twice, but we kept Wojciech in the loop with a weeks notice, and he kept moving dates with us and accomating the delays. When he arrived our kitchen was mostly fitted, and he spent a good amount of time masking and protecting everything. I should stress that our concrete base wasn't well laid and so I can imagine this wasn't a great base to work off but I never heard Wojciech complain, he managed to resolve it with the materials he bought, this I think demonstrates the mark of an excellent tradesman. In life situations are rarely ideal and how you handle these moments, in my eyes at least, is reflection of character, something Wojciech has plenty of. He worked to a very strict timeline from the off, and he finished in the timeline he gave at the beginning, so he has an accurate estimation of his own workload. As any good trades man should he had all the tools he needed. A couple of changes were made throughout on our side, and quite last minute and as a suggestion he recommended finishing an extra wall, and Wojciech never hesitated throughout, he got the extra material where required and worked with us to achieve a finish that exceeded even our expectations. In the end we all took a step back and just appreciated how good it all looked, we came to him for just a microcement floor and left with a wall in Venetian plaster and a continuous splashback that looks spectacular, especially up close when you can really appreciate the detail. This review is getting long so I want to outline the main points I really want to hit home for those of you considering these finishes and Wojciech's work. - Visit his apartment the finishes need to be seen in person and pictures don't accurately reflect how good it really looks. It's - these finishes are expensive as they are very labour intensive but compared to the national average you'll find Wojciech's prices actually represent good value, again I want to stress it's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it. - If you want perfection Wojciech is the person to go to, you don't want to hand a job like this to anyone, it's a premium finish, materials are expensive and it requires a skilled hand, rest easy knowing that level of finish will be achieved. - Wojciech is very approachable, don't worry about asking a million questions, we had many, and the look we wanted was specific, ALL requests were acommadated without any pushback. .Moreexpand_more

Voytec and the team were brilliant - decorated our whole house beautfifully in 5 days, for a good price, just before Christmas, and left the place immaculate. Have already recommended them to my sister.

Extremely impressed with Voytec and team. On the first day, they were outside with materials when I arrived at 8am. Within less than 5 mins they'd put sheets down and were prepping surfaces. They maintained this speed and professionalism throughout the whole week. The finish was a very high standard, our house looks like a new build. The team were hard-working and friendly, and price very competitive. I would (and have repeatedly gone out my way to) recommend them, and will certainly hire them again.

Very professional and neat work. We had our lounge and bedrooms decorated and were very happy with the finish. I was initially reluctant to go with a painter and decorator after some bad experience previously (not with Voytec). I know I'm picky but chose Voytec because of how professional he was when we met. The finish is to a very high standard. The team were very quick, polite and tidy. Would recommend.

I have used Voytec Construction for two major decorating jobs in the last 6 months, and I will be calling on them again later in the year to do some more work for me. Voytec always arrives nice and early, and works hard. His work is to a high standard, and he is always keen to ensure that the work is done properly. So far has decorated our bedrooms, stairs, study and conservatory, and has laid laminate flooring in the conservatory. I recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, hard-working and honest trader who will complete the job with the least amount of fuss and noise and a great finish.

We engaged Voytec Decorating to re-decorate 3 rooms (kitchen, living-room and master bedroom). They did an excellent job on the paintwork (walls and woodwork), re-skimming of ceilings, and laying a laminate floor in the bedroom. They also wallpapered several walls for us - quality on this wasn't quite perfect (but they happily redid some areas). Overall they were extremely reasonably priced, brought a very high standard of customer service and we will certainly be asking them back to carry out some further painting / plastering when we redo the hallway and another bedroom.

I discussed my requirments and budget with Voytec at the inception ,and the finished results were above my expectations. The team were very hard working , trustworthy,and completed their tasks to a high standard. Although they created a lot of mess ,it was always cleared up on a daily basis. Very professional tradesmen, clean, tidy and polite. Take pride in their work and are knowledgable and offer good advice. Took out shower tray and tiles with care and used same parts saving cost of replacement parts. Tiled bathroom floor to a good standard. Very satisfied with the completed job would reccomend to anyone. .

Voytec Decorating Services plastered and painted and laid new laminate floors for us. They have a real eye for small details that make the difference between good work and excellent work. I hired voytec company to decorate a three bedroom semi-detached house, they came on Sunday to inspect the property and give me a quotation and they did a great job in only 5 days. They left me the place clean and tidy and, most of all, they provided me this service at a very good price. I would not hesitate to call them again if I need.
