VITASPARK Limited offers career counselling, mentoring and paid surgical opportunities to both current- and aspiring surgeons in the United Kingdom. We strive to adopt an individualised approach with our clients, and support them throughout their entire professional journeys rather than just once.

Our services include:

- Career counselling. One-to-one and personalised, including optimising the surgical portfolio, application-to-interview guidance and getting the most out of surgical training, as well as work-life balance, coping strategies for stress and financial budgeting.

- Paid surgical placements. Using our unique insight into various teaching hospitals in the United Kingdom, and enlisting agents that we trust and endorse, we help to facilitate paid opportunities for clients, where real-time exposure can be achieved in a busy NHS setting. At VITASPARK Limited, we believe that learning and development can and should exist alongside service provision.

- Placement mentoring. One-to-one video consultation for those requiring guidance or support during their placements, advising on both clinical and non-clinical matters to help get them back on their feet.

Clients have the opportunity to choose their own adviser, or alternatively we can choose one that best suits their needs. Our advisers are approachable, friendly, supportive and knowledgeable, covering a number of different surgical specialties and a number of different grades.
