Karin is an exceptionally gifted coach and facilitator. Her vision board workshops are incredibly effective and have had a signficant impact on my outlook. I am the kind of person very open to the idea of obtaining a personal life coach, but generally not ready to make the financial commitment involved with the service. I was recommended by someone I trust very well to look into coaching from Vitalis so I enquired. I went ahead with the coaching and it was a brilliant choice. I honestly can't pinpoint one key aspect that solicited changes inside of me, but the end result speaks for itself. I am far on my way to what I set out to do prior to talking to Karin from Vitalis and I know it is in good part to the coaching I received. I have been with Karin on this journey now for over eight sessions and every one is a wonderful step towards everything I would like to be. Karin is a caring and trusting person, someone who I am safe with in my coaching. We have explored all subjects, personally and professionally. I didin't think I needed a coach when Karin came into my life, but I did, do and continue to thank her for it. I have received coaching from Karin at Vitalis coaching and can definitely recommend their services. Karin is knowledgeable and experienced in both the commercial world and also in the coaching environment. She sets realistic goals but still "stretches" you to achieve beyond your perceived limitations.

I already had some experience with coaches. But Karin is different. Instead of telling me what I should do, she helps me to find my own answers. Surprisingly this way of helping gives me much more confidence, because now I realise that I already have all the answers within me. I just need to learn and listen to myself more. Karin is helping me at this moment to do so. It’s funny that I feel so free to tell her everything, without shame. I think this is because she never judges me. And it’s like she doesn’t judge herself either. She gives me the feeling that she doesn’t think she’s perfect and that I don’t need to be perfect to become more in balance with myself. To anyone that REALLY wants to grow accepting who they are with an open mind and heart, I do recommend to have few sessions with Karin. From my personal experience, they really blow my mind! After only 6 sessions together I begun to make a move and starting to study again, making career progress, finding myself happier to be with friends and feeling that also others were happier to have me around! I begun to make the choices that would bring me to my dream life step by step. It was an amazing discover that all I needed is inside of me! Thanks to Karin I rediscover a truth that I always knew, I was just to scared to see. I believe anyone needs a "coach" sometimes, as this beautiful experience called life has not an "instruction book" with it, we need help to make the most of our capacities. We all are here to experience happiness in life, we have been given the tools, just sometimes need to know how to use them!
