Vital Signs Scotland provides regulated First Aid and workplace safety training for businesses and individuals. Our courses are practical, engaging, and designed to meet current HSE guidance and workplace compliance requirements.

We deliver recognised training including First Aid at Work (FAW), Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), Paediatric First Aid, First Responder, Mental Health First Aid, Fire Safety, Fire Marshal, Safeguarding, Moving and Handling, Food Safety, and Health and Safety.

Training is available at venues across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Livingston, Bathgate, Stirling, Dundee, Aberdeen and West Lothian, or delivered on-site anywhere in Scotland. Flexible online training options are also available.

As an approved ProTrainings and Nuco Training Centre, we deliver regulated qualifications aligned to national standards. We also support marine First Aid training including RYA and STCW courses delivered in partnership with recognised centres.

Courses range from one-day Emergency First Aid to advanced First Responder programmes with TQUK and SCQF certification.
