Victorian Tile Repair specialises in the restoration of historic geometric, encaustic and mosaic tile floors. Working throughout Scotland, we undertake careful cleaning, tile replacement, floor stabilisation and conservation repairs to period properties, churches and listed buildings. Our aim is to preserve original character while extending the life of historic floors.

We also provide professional surveys, condition assessments and bespoke restoration solutions for entrance vestibules, hallways and architectural tile schemes, helping property owners, architects and heritage organisations make informed decisions about the care and conservation of traditional tiled surfaces.

Alongside restoration and repair, we design and install new Victorian-style geometric and encaustic tile floors. Drawing inspiration from Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian precedents, we create bespoke tile schemes for period properties, combining traditional craftsmanship with high-quality materials to achieve elegant and durable results.
