Victorian Lofts and Construction were excellent from start to finish on this. Genci in particular is responsive and very knowledgeable. Cost wasn't the main factor for us, but Victorian Lofts were very reasonably priced. The test for us was whether we thought the company would work to time, do a good job and fix something if it went wrong (things inevitably go wrong on large scale builds so that was key). On all three criteria we were very happy.

Cannot speak highly enough of Victorian Lofts and Construction. Choosing to have our loft converted was (after buying our flat) the largest financial commitment of our lives. Genc, Agnes, and their team - led on-site by Luan - were truly fantastic from start to finish. The quality of their team's workmanship was absolutely first rate and they were expertly managed by Genc, who visited most/every day of the build. For our loft conversion we opted for Victorian Lofts based on recommendation by a friend and our gut instinct, as we both felt that Genc had confidence and calm demeanour to see the project through. We were not wrong, Genc was easy to work with and went out of his way to help out with the project whilst keeping the communication going and frequently visiting the site. We were very pleased with the loft conversion carried out by Victorian Lofts. They stayed well within the expected time frame, all tradesmen were punctual, professional and pleasant people. The end result is better than we imagined. Communication was easy and Genc is on site almost daily to check on progress. Changes made by us at short notice were implemented without problems.
