Exceptional help. Very pleased with the outcome. We had an old DC04 which had seen better days, after a straight forward diagnostic of the parts that would need replacing [all of which were blatantly in a state of stress to the layman] we decided to buy a refurbished DC14 at a fantastic price with a full 12 month warranty. I would like to thank you for the prompt response to my phone call this morning by 11am i had a engineer at my home new motor roller brush belt and 2filters fitted well impressed with service and engineer was polite and courteous would recomend to any one will use you again i now have a new dyson at half the price thank you.

Carried out a service and repaired a difficult brush roller problem came back out to house FOC to complete the job after speaking to the Office all staff friendly and very helpful , thank you.

Dyson machine overhauled with several replacement parts. We were impressed by the promt response coming to the house to do the work . The engineer was courteous and explained all the aspects of the service. the machine is functioning like new for a fair price.

Engineer called half an hour before arriving to let me know exactly what time he was coming. Fast, efficient, friendly and great value for money. £30 cheaper than nearest estimate to replace a motor and filter. And my Dyson is now as good as new!

On VFM I had to give the middle rating as I had nothing to compare it with, but the overall price was good for me, otherwise I might have been tempted to buy new, instead of repair. Service was very good: job was done same day; 'staff' very friendly and helpful. Quality seems fine; time will tell, but a year's guarantee was given. I took and collected the cleaner, but could have had it collected and returned for small charge.
