VASS Plumbing & Electrical Derby

Vass came round and quickly fixed the leaking pipework in my in my attic and gave me good advice on a few plumbing and electrical questions I had, nothing was too much trouble. He's a knowledgeable, friendly professional at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Our shower packed up. Contacted Vass he offered to purchase a replacement or we could provide our own and he would fit it. We ordered a new one and Vass turned up on the date and time agreed and fitted our new shower with no problems. Very good, friendly and professional service. Will use again.

I had requested for Vass to have a look at a problem I had with water supply to an outhouse, he said he could come and have a look, I wasn't expecting the full resolution on the same day. He had a look at the piping and resolved the problem. Very honest and knowledgeable.

Called Vass for a plumming job and didn't need to wait all day. He assessed job and explained the issue which turned out not to be a big problem. So pleased with remedy. He was polite and honest and reasonable priced. Definitely would recommend him to others.

Caused leak under sink then fitted push fits that also leaked he then brought wrong screws to fit the sink.

What can I say about Vass? I'm not sure that I could have coped with the last couple of weeks with any other plumber to be honest. He's fitted us a whole new bathroom, and due to our ancient plumbing, and the previous owner of the house THINKING he could do DIY, it's been one disaster after another. Vass though has been a gem. He's coped with everything that's been thrown at him, and has often ended up working much later than he'd expected. I consider him to be honest and trustworthy, and he always gave us the receipts for anything that he had to buy, and explained everything that he was doing, and why he had to do it. His rates are excellent and you'd be hard pushed to find anyone who works that hard for what he charges. He's friendly, has a good sense of humour, and is extremely hard working, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a plumber, whether it's for a small job, or a complete bathroom like ours. He doesn't know it yet, but I'm getting him back in a few weeks to service our boiler. Hopefully it won't cause him as much trouble as our bathroom! :-D Thanks for everything Vass.Moreexpand_more

Vass came in and helped plb in my new kitchen and also install the appliances. He unearthed a lot of issues with previous work and got on with the job, always informing me as he went. Good honest guy who doesn't leave until everything is done. Well recommended.

Over the years I have called on Vass to help fit new electrical wiring and lighting around my house, along with a wide range of plumbing tasks to fix urgent water leaking and sink/tap fittings.
