I called Paul as I was having difficulty with my kitchen door I had to bang the door closed, doors were adjusted and problem resolved. Paul arrived as arranged, was very polite and friendly and professional and knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything also he checked and adjusted the front door. Phoned Valleylocks to see if they could open one of the machines in my shop as key had stopped working. Even though I rang on a Sat afternoon he arrived within 30 mins. No call out charge! Was unable to pick the lock after spending an hour trying as he was reluctant to destroy the lock unless absolutely necessary. Paul returned to get lock details before ordering a replacement then drilled out existing lock before replacing with new one on his third vist. Total hours spent in my shop 3-4. Total cost to me was less than other companies wanted to simply come out and have a look! He also replaced a lock on another machine I'd lost the key for and only charged me for the cost of the lock.
