Losing our garage to the fire was such a devastating and stressful time for us as we had lost a lot of items of sentimental value that can never be replaced. Callum and the team, from the outset, were very sympathetic with our situation and treated our property and belongings with the utmost respect. We could not fault the workmanship of the whole team. They have all been amazing and professional, taking pride in their work throughout. They were polite and friendly, which made it easy to be around them. Thank you also to Andrea, in the office, for always got back to us, promptly, when we needed information. We were kept informed at every stage of the rebuild and we would 100% recommend them to anyone else in the future. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM!

After flooding, my insurance company instructed Urban to carry out an entire ground floor restoration. From the start they had my interests at heart and liaised with the Insurers to accept further liability with work that needed to be carried out. The work has been finished to a high standard. The workforce is first class, all really friendly helpful people, and so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble even when not included the remit. I would certainly recommend to anyone who wants a professional company to carry out a professional job. Well done Urban.

Urban Review. The team at Urban Property Building Services did substantial works on our beautiful cottage. Our neighbours complimented us on the polite and considerate way their staff carried out their tasks. They were clean and tidy, professional and accurate in all that they did. The finish was to the highest standard and we felt very lucky to have had them carry out our job.
