Over the years I have found it increasingly difficult to find good quality, honest tradesmen amongst all the fake reviews and internet companies that just act as middlemen. Syzmon returned my call quickly, knew exactly what he was talking about and gave me an appointment for the following morning. He gave me a fair price for the morning's work and parts needed, instead of an extortionate hourly rate that I'm now used to getting quoted by companies in London. Highly reccomend and will be using Urban Plumbers for any future work.

Szymon replaced our whole heating system from conventional boiler to system boiler, including replacing radiator pipes. He's extremely professional, reliable and trustworthy. We really appreciate and value his honest opinions and highly recommend him!

I have had the pleasure of Simon from Urban Plumbers providing a landlord's gas safety certificate. He is always on time, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and offers good value for money. In the past he has replaced a broken boiler, serviced the new boiler, done numerous gas safety checks. He is reliable and has never let me down. I cannot fault. 5 out of 5! Highly recommended.

We had a faulty valve to our boiler meaning that we had no hot water. Szymon responded very promptly to our enquiry and arrived to inspect early the next morning and repaired the following day. Szymon was polite and the service was professional. I would recommend Urban Plumbers. 5*.

Szymon carried out a Gas Safety Check for me at short notice and although he was about to go on holiday, he offered either an evening appointment the same day or a very early one the next day to fit in with us. He turned up promptly, was polite and helpful throughout and answered my call and messages very quickly. All this at a very reasonable cost and it's good to support a local, independent business too. I will definitely use Urban Plumbers again.

I called Urban Plumbers up yesterday at 10am as I had a problem with my Ariston boiler. Simon came round at 6pm (as promised) and by 6. 30pm the boiler was fixed. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I'm no expert, but the cost seemed extremely reasonable as well and as a result, I will definitely be using Simon and Urban Plumbers again. Simon installed a new boiler after our old one packed in. He was very responsive, friendly and shifted his schedule around to do the work as quickly as possible. He also undercut the big companies like Pimlico by a huge amount. The quality of his work is excellent and he left the kitchen looking perfectly clean despite having to drill a new hole in the external wall. Highly recommend Urban Plumbers and supporting a small business rather than paying massively over the odds to the big boys for the same job.

I had a problem with my boiler just before some prospective tenants were due to be visiting the property. There was no hot water or central heating. Simon had lots of other jobs, but said that he could make himself available to come over on a Saturday morning to check out the boiler. However he was pretty certain that I could fix the problem myself without him attending. He was prepared to talk me through the issue by phone, and if that didn't work, then he was to visit. In the end, the problem was simple to fix, and there was no need for him to attend. Have hot water and heating, and a happy landlord and prospective tenants did not visit a cold property. Once again Simon went over and above what might have been expected. Simon has helped me before with landlord's gas safety certificates and boiler service. We've used Urban Plumbers twice now after our unreliable Ariston boiler broke down. On both occasions they were extremely reliable with a fantastic knowledge of boilers. On both occasions the service was extremely capable and quick. And also very keenly priced!
