Upperplumbers

I called the upperplumbers for boiler not heating in June, 2022. Yaroslav inspected the boiler and concluded that the heat exchanger plate needs replacement. It was dome, paid and forgotten as nobody was living in the property during the summer. As soon we came back it appeared the problem is still present. Yaroslav even sent a boiler service certificate at the end of June. So I have been trying to contact the company as they have responsibility for the service they provided - no response to my emails. I called, sent sms with details. Absolutely no response. I'll try to contact the consumer protection organisation but overall- it's shocking service to ignore clients call instead of taking a responsibility.Moreexpand_more

Made an appointment to do minor plumbing repair and did not turn up or answer my answer phone message as to reason why no one came.

I would give six stars if I could. Yaroslav has, over the years, resurrected the existing knackered boiler on multiple occasions, installed a new one, fitted taps and a radiator, and just now he's fitted my new gas hob. His precision reminds me of that of a surgeon.

Efficient, prompt and punctual service. Very reliable and job was done quickly. Two shower cords were changed in a flash and I was able to ask a question about another concern.

I am very glad that I found Upperplumbers on Freeindex. The quote for the works required was carried out within 24 hours of my calling the company and the quote was given to me on the spot. The job was started 2 days after. The work carried out was to remove and dispose of a very old water tank situated in a very difficult place also remove the old cylinder and install an up to date water heating system and a heated towel rail in the bathroom,work started at 08. 30 and finished at 17. 00, I have to say that the whole process was quick and professionally carried out with hardly any mess and the little there was was cleaned up by the plumbers. My budget for the works was fairly small and so I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the new unvented tank has a guarantee of 25 years when looking on various internet sites most of the tanks in my price range had a guarantee of only 3 years. I must rate Upperplumbers 10 out of 10 for Value, Service and Quality and I will certainley recommend them whenever I can.

My boiler stopped working. I went to the Internet and found Upperplumbers on Google by their boiler replacement offer 1399+vat. They came the next day and finished the job on the same day when I was at work, so when I came back home they were already testing the system, since then my heating and hot water are working fine. 2 gas engineers replaced and moved my boiler from the 1st floor to the kitchen on the ground. It took them 1. 5 days to do everything but on the 1st day we already had heating and hot water! I was very happy with their work, professional attitude and politeness. Manos.

British gas engineers shut my boiler off as it hadn't passed smoke test. I have an old freestanding boiler which are not very popular these days. I found Upperplumbers through freeindex and they gave me a good quote. It took them a bit long to find the right part for the flue but eventually they succeeded and charged as they quoted though they had to spend much more time then they thought.
