I have been using James for many years to service repair and install my tenants water heaters, his rates are very reasonable and he always been prompt and reliable.

I had a problem with my faulty heater immersion covered in lime scale. Changed both with good quality titanium heaters, checked over my system and replaced worn rubber seals whilst they were draining down the system. Also fitted a timer so my immersion heaters aren’t on all the time which helps with bills and longevity. Both James and Matthew are very knowledgeable in this area and 100 percent trustworthy as they’re genuinely proud of their work. Fantastic service. Thank you.

James is a trusted man and did excellent professional job. This job was done quickly after reported. Then, a complexity due to the main pressure, which was not part of the quoted job, was identified. James visited the apartment three times in a week to get the issue sorted out. The quotation is transparent and competitive. He always provides advices and explain clearly.
