I requested a quote and Unreal Lawns rang me back within hours and booked an appointment to measure the garden. Nick turned up on time and he was very polite and professional. He had a good selection of grass and the prices were affordable. Nick e-mailed me back with a date for the job and I didn’t have to wait long so I was so pleased. The lads turned up on time, I offered them a brew and they were off. They were polite, tidy and very hard working from start to finish. My back garden now looks amazing and can rest assured that my kids and my dog won’t be treading mud all over the house. Work on 18th May, was a disaster by unreallawns of Royton. After asking fitters not to sit on adjoining. 2ft. High wall between semi's before work commenced. We found after they had left that wall was collapsed into next door garden. We let one fitter use our toilet only to find it was also broken again nothing said. I contacted nick kov whose comments were," The wall was on it's last legs" and you shouldn't have let them use your toilet. The lawn was not level sloped from house to front wall, it was also not parallel with the path. After 4 attempts requesting a proper invoice showing Vat etc, still waiting. The fitters returned and denied all damage, became threatening and abusive. Under no circumstances would I ever use this atrocious service again let alone recommend it. Always knew I wanted artificial grass. I did all of the research. From first point of contact this company were very professional and fitted a consultation in when it was best for me. We booked the date in for fitting and I was out for work all day, came home and it was all finished. Great price and great service. Really happy with my artificial lawn would 1000% recommend.

I have used Unreal Lawns for both my house and also for various jobs for a Construction Company. The project at home has proved to be a great investment. Our front lawn sloped and proved very difficult to maintain. We choose the top of the range turf, and it looks very natural. The artificial turf has solved this problem and lawn now always looks immaculate all year round. Many of our neighbours have commented on it and Unreal Lawns have had orders from some of them. They removed the existing turf, prepared the ground (including a weed mat) and the job was carried out very swiftly with no mess at all on completion. Had our front lawn replaced a couple of years ago by Nick and his team. We had them back last year to replace our scrub land at the rear of the house. The transformation is fantastic. The lawns look immaculate all year round. The grass type we selected looks really authentic. People have to look and feel twice to convince themselves it's not actually real grass. Another plus, is that Nick and his boys take extra care to prepare the ground properly before the turf goes down. These young men arrive on time, are very polite, work hard and cause minimal disruption, which is a pleasant surprise in this day and age. The area is left clean and tidy.
