I appreciate my request was unusual but I was assured it would be OK. I was having a full house redecoration whilst I was out of the country and wanted breakable items packed and stored in my conservatory and then unpacked at the end of the project. Payments were made in full prior to both the packing and unpacking service. The majority of items must have been well packed and stored as there were no breakages. Small items from one room were not handled well - to the guys packing they probably just seemed to be trinkets but they were valuable memories for me - Olympic Games memorabilia etc. I should add that the instructions were that these items in the bookshelves in my library room did not need to be removed and packed as the decorator was simply covering these up. This instruction was ignored. When they were unpacked they were putt in random places such as other jugs, pots etc. My major concern is over the unpacking and my expectation versus the service received. I did not expect every ornament to be placed where it was prior to packing - I did however expect them to be placed in the original room and put into a position. I cam home to find everything was just "dumped" anywhere in no order, looking like a badly run antique shop. Everything was randomly placed in heaps, pushed in cupboards and not all in the original room. To make matters worse the items which should not have been packed from the library were just dumped alongside items from the guest bedroom - again just piled up. I found items in wardrobes which had not been packed up. That is fine as they were safe in there but they had not been taken out and I had to hunt a few things down. There was slight damage to new paintwork and heavy books had been placed in a pile on a floating shelf which resulted in it becoming dislodged. My wifi was turned off/dislodged - it was clearly on when the guys arrived to unpack as shown by the Ring doorbell. It then shut down. When I returned home it was unplugged! David just thinks this happened of its own accord! This is certainly not the service I had expected. However, I appreciate things go wrong and I am a firm believer it is how you put it right that matters, but I am really distressed about the attitude of David when I contacted him. He found it difficult to believe what I was saying and when I sent over photos he told me that they looked fine and he expected the photos to show a much worse scenario - he kept saying that I had said that I didn't mind about placement - his ides of placement and mine is obviously very different. I expected things to be placed nicely albeit in a different place - not piled up together in random places. He offered to send someone round later that day to see it but that for me was just a waste of time when I could be sorting out the place - he had the photos - he thought it was OK so what was the point of waiting for hours only to be told it was OK in his view. He did offer to come round and repaint the bedroom damage next week and at first I agreed but when I saw the additional damage to the shelf I felt it was better to ask my decorator to do it - which he did. David was very defensive and kept telling me it was all fine. He also felt that it may not have been his team which caused the damage to the bedroom - I have videos from my decorator taken just before he left and it was fine - no-one else came in the house until the team came to pack. I told him I would write a review - this is something I do for major work and I am always factual and fair. Then the conversation turned really sour as I felt that I had paid for a service I had not received and when he said he didn't know how he could put it right I suggested a modest refund. He accused me of bribery - that I said I would not write a review if he paid money - absolutely not true - the review would be written regardless and would be fair and accurate. He then left messages saying it was bribery and extortion and he would seek legal advice - sending across exerts about bribery from the internet. This has really disappointed me - I paid in good faith for a service - I did not get the service. If only he had really listened and understood why I was so unhappy I would not have felt so compelled to write this. With the option of adding just one photo it is impossible to show the scenario but the one I have chosen shows a cupboard which only contained glasses on packing, now full of glasses, wooden bowls, candles and other ornaments - indicative of the "placement" of everything. I am sure if you want a packing and removal service it is fine - if that is his bread and butter work that is great. I used this removals team for the second time recently, and honestly, they were even better this time round. Dean led the team brilliantly, and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were professional, calm, friendly and incredibly hardworking. The atmosphere felt really positive and organised, which made such a stressful process so much easier. They took real care and attention with my belongings and went the extra mile to protect the brand new carpets in my new house, which I hugely appreciated. Having their help genuinely felt like a godsend during the move, and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring removals company.

We moved on 6th December and the 3 chap's that moved us were excellent, nothing was to much trouble, they were so efficient, would highly recommend this company and thanks Lad's, Apologies didn't get your names ? .

We required moving of our possessions into storage and then onto our new home a few weeks later. From the start the service provided was excellent. David provided a comprehensive quote within 24hrs which was very competitive. On the moving days the team arrived on time, were cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them, even though there were lots of boxes on the second floor. The van was loaded quickly and when it came to delivering everything to our new home, items were offloaded efficiently and to the places we wanted them to go. Thanks to Alex, Mark, Jordan and Kyle who did a great job, and also to David who runs a first class company. We have moved several times and United Movers were the best by far and we 100% recommend using them.

After cutting us a good deal, the guys (Dean and Pete) turned up on time, cheerful, eager and happy. Nothing was too much trouble for them, very professional and friendly. They were very quick, but without rushing. And they made what could have been a bad day (3 bed house move) a very pleasant move. We can't speak highly enough about the whole team. The guys at United Movers helped us move and they were absolutely fantastic. We had a lot of stuff to move. Nothing was too much or too big. The four lads did an amazing job. They were careful and quick making sure we were out of our house in a timely fashion, keeping me updated along the way. Just a brilliantly as it was packed up, it was unloaded at our new house without fault or complaint and to the rooms we wanted everything moving in to. We couldn’t have done it without them and they took so much stress out of the day. Highly recomend these guys. I had them do my house move for me. They turned up on time and got straight into the job and it went alot quicker then I thought. The house I was moving out off they got it empty for the time I needed to out by on the day. Polite friendly lads that came very professional and most importantly there was nothing damaged or lost. The removal professionals were on time and pretty quick in their work. Were very friendly. They have checked with us whether all work in terms of packing and naming the boxes and where it will go in the new location have been sorted ? Or whether we needed any help from them, when everything looked good to carried out the task. They started off very carefully and pretty quick in their work. We moved from coventry to rugby. Within a span of 2. 5 hours picking the stuffs from coventry, moving to rugby and placing things in our new home was all done. We had quite a good size of stuffs with us. From quotation through to moving day the United Movers team were nothing short of exceptional. Dave and his team are professional, punctual, friendly, hard-working and get the job done well. All of our items were treated as if they were their own and even when we were held up at the new house waiting for the keys, the guys patiently waited ready to unload and even bought me a coffee which was a nice touch.
