Unique You Counselling is a friendly, professional counselling service offering face to face counselling for individuals and couples. Unique You Counselling is located in Cheadle, Stockport and is a private counselling service independent from the NHS. I work with a wide range of issues and offer a safe non-judgemental environment where clients can explore things which they are finding difficult. I aim to promote client growth and development and can help to facilitate change.

Unique You Counselling is run by myself, Helen Scott-Wilson. I have previous experience of working with widely recognised services such as Relate (a Stockport Homes counselling provider), Mosaic Young Peoples Drug and Alcohol Service (Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council) and Path Therapy. These roles have allowed me to work with a large client base, with a range of presenting problems. I have thoroughly enjoyed all these roles and I am passionate about providing a great service. Alongside my private work at Unique You Counselling I also work for Talk Listen Change as a couple’s counsellor. I am a fully qualified counsellor with a recognised qualification.

I always welcome enquiries from new clients and I am happy to answer any questions which you may have. This may be done through phone conversation, email or text message. If you would like to book an initial appointment then please get in touch. I offer a half price initial consultation where we can meet in order to discuss the service further and so that you can get a feel for the sessions.
