Underfloor Heating Supply pride themselves on providing the best specification of quality equipment at affordable prices. We have almost 20 years of experience in this Industry and personally source our equipment from manufacturers rather than Merchants; this ensures a high quality of equipment without the cost of the middle man.
We consider that technical support is vital as many of our customers prefer to install the equipment themselves. We aim to answer out telephone within 5 rings and technical support is often available 'out of hours'.
We offer a full design service and if preferred can also offer a full installation of the equipment Nationally.
We also offer a full floor screed service; this means we can install a system right to finished floor level as one trade. We do not sub-contract any of our services.
All our equipment is sourced within Europe from leading manufacturers. We usually better a 'like-for-like' quote from other suppliers. We also have a long term association with leading suppliers for the provision and installation of Heat pumps.

Delayed our project by 11 weeks and refused to compensate us in any way for the delay they caused. There are much better companies out there to deal with, give this one a miss. Revision after company response: Stephen Featherstone, the company director who dealt with me, was more concerned with telling me about his experience in both civil and criminal law than actually sorting out the issue. The fact that they resort to justifying their actions by suggesting it's my fault says it all. I cant comment on the quality of the equipment, as it didn't ever arrive. I can however confirm that the service is awful. Before you decide to use this company, have a look around at other review sites where you'll find others with similar complaints.
Response : This 'customer' decided that we had to install in a method we do not do - followed by a legal threat if we refused to do it his way. His order was only placed eight weeks ago so he obviously cant count as 11 weeks have not even passed! Not a customer you want which is sort of shown by the large number of dissolved companies he has been part of. We offer a superb service with top range equipment.
