Hi, this is the worst service I have ever come across. Poor communication and very very slow to respond. I never received my paid for item and after seeking advice was told the web site ordering system was easy to follow, which it wasn't.

Extremely helpful staff who helped a stressed student out with a poster. Would definitely recommend their services and would happily use them again for future printing needs. Thank you!

I ordered a poster on Friday to pick up the same day. However, I didn’t arrive in time to pick it up before the shop closed so they very kindly left it behind the counter of the shop next door so I could get it. I had several people at the conference I attended remarking on the quality of the poster printing and asking what it was printed on. Great quality, very good value for money and extremely friendly and helpful service. I would definitely recommended this company!

Excellent service, resulting in very timely printing of my A1 conference poster. Purchasing process could maybe be a little more explicit - i. E. Make it clear you should purchase then email (to save nervous people like me getting a little stressed! ) But really a 5* job and John is very friendly and approachable.

I've used York Print Co for all of my advertising over the last year or so. The standard of banners, flyers and posters has all been excellent. Design is fast and efficient, and looks fab. Printed 80 course workbooks for us at a very reasonable price, fast turn around and to an excellent standard - what more could you ask for? John made time to discuss printing options with me in person despite short-notice of our printing request. The only part of the process that worried me slightly was when we received the samples, which were not quite what I expected. For this reason I was nervous when paying for the full order but in the end the final product was to an exceptional quality and just as I had imagined / hoped, so nothing to worry about. We will be using York Print from now onwards and would recommend it to other businesses as well.
