U Two Removals

As soon as I made contact with Iliya who runs U Two Removals, I felt assured that they would provide my wife and I with a highly professional removal service, which they subsequently duly did in December 2023. Our removal requirements were far from simple or straightforward, and Iliya visited us shortly after I had called him, to assess and survey our move requirements. Our home was located on the side of a steep hill, nine hundred feet above sea level, and the tree lined narrow driveway was three hundred metres long. Iliya and I discussed the number of trees that needed to be cut back, to provide his vehicle with safe access, and I duly trimmed all overhanging trees where necessary. The house that we moved to in Bala high street, is located on a small precinct and opposite a pedestrian crossing, making vehicle access and parking both difficult and challenging. On removal day, Iliya, Rumen and Stu were absolutely superb and worked tirelessly throughout, despite having to deal with a fifty meter carry from and to both properties. They also moved everything to each room and floor in a three storey house, and connected the washing machine and set up the white goods in the kitchen. They also moved several fifty kilo plus tubs containing trees and shrubs from our large garden to our yard. Not one single item was marked or damaged, and I can only thank and praise U Two Removals for their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the move.
