Tynemouth Decorators are my go to people for all decoration work including advice for those smaller jobs I can do myself. Steve and his team are fantastic. Their recent work at my house has been tidy, professional and left me with outstanding quality. Thing about these guys is you can trust them to treat your home with respect and always to leave it better than they found it.

I contacted Stephen to paint the outside of my house, both the render and the wooden beams as I'd been impressed by the work he had carried out on a neighbour's property. He came round straight away to review the job, gave me a quotation within 24 hours and a rough timescale to complete it. He provided regular updates and came round again before starting to ensure that we were both clear about the details. His team kept to the timescale exactly and the end result is better than I expected. I am extremely pleased with the job and have no hesitation in recommending Tynemouth Decorators Ltd to anyone who wants a job done properly. In addition, Stephen is a really good guy!

Highly recommend Tynemouth Decorators. The communication was outstanding from the start. A team of 3 completed our job to re-decorate a kitchen, utility room and downstairs cloakroom. We'd had previous damp issues which needed attention, but all three rooms have been decorated to a very high standard and look lovely. Stephen was very helpful in discussing the colour options and carried out additional cosmetic work over and above our expectation. We are totally happy with the workmanship and have re-booked them to complete further work in the future.

Our experience with Stephen and Tynemouth Decorators Ltd was professional and transparent from initial contact through to completion. Stephen was honest about the quality of our walls and gave good advice to replaster for the best finish. They were able to both start the job a couple of days early, and finish a couple of days sooner than originally expected. Stephen was able to advise us on the colours that we chose. Paul and Callum who completed our job were kind, polite and respectful of our personal space whilst completing the job and have done an A* job. For 5 rooms, the initial price felt expensive, however considering cost of paint, labour and the inclusion of sanding, preparation, filling holes, ceiling, walls and woodwork, we realised the price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend these guys.

Tynemouth Decorators were very professional from start to finish in completing the Kitchen in record speed. Tony was very friendly and approachable in his work and Stephen was at hand to help with any inquires that we had about the process of applying the various paints and were we happy in each stage of the paint application. They turned up at 8AM every morning and then worked really hard all day long. Nothing was too much trouble. Extensive work was done over two weeks in a most professional and friendly manner to the highest of standards. Also sensitivity was shown for my daughter who does not cope with change very well.

A professional, courteous and friendly service with sound advice offered from start to finish which included suggestions as to other tradespeople. I always felt that I was kept involved and there was great attention to detail from a team who clearly took pride in their workmanship.
