About TW Counselling
TW Counselling offers confidential counselling to adults, couples and teenagers in Cardiff Bay.Specialist in relationship issues and working with anxiety.
I offer face to face counselling in Cardiff and Zoom counselling Nationwide.
I specialise in working with teenage anxiety and anxiety disorders in adults.
The first session is a chance for us to talk about what you hope to gain from counselling, it is a real opportunity to begin to identify the issues that you may be facing. We can explore the past together or talk about how you would like things to be in the future.
I offer short (6-12 sessions) and long term (open ended) counselling.
Fee is £60 per session.
I am a registered member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical framework at all times.
