Kenny fitted a new boiler for us in March. He was very helpful, clearly explained the pros and cons of trying to maintain the existing one (+14 yr combi) and, when we decided on a new one, provided a good range of options. The fitting was done, quickly, efficiently and tidily. The boiler itself has been great and has worked perfectly. I'd definitely recommend calling Kenny if your current boiler is playing up or you're looking to have a new one fitted.

Kenny came when my boiler had an issue. He spent some time making sure he was giving an accurate diagnosis and patiently explained to me what he was doing and what my options were. He gave a detailed quote of the work we agreed on. He came and installed a new boiler and was incredibly professional and thorough in his work. I'm really pleased and it's a great comfort knowing he'll be servicing it from now on.

I would totally recommend using Trust in Gas. Kenny responded quickly to my messages and. Came out soon after to assess our old boiler. He was friendly, informative and didn't mess. Us about. He explained the issues with our old boiler really well and offered us a range of new. Boilers so we felt like we could make an informed decision and we weren't being conned. Kenny and Derek fitted a new boiler in our home. Sound advice was given prior to installation. All work was carried out within 2 days and left very neat and tidy. New system is working well and has made a huge difference to the water and heating system in our home.

Asked Trust Gas to quote for and then install a new boiler in February 2016. Price was reasonable and the support and quality provided by Kenny and Derek was great. Everything was completed as agreed within the timescales set and we had no issues with delays, cleaning up and so forth. Boiler and hot water working much better now - job well done. In April we were having a new kitchen installed and (not Trust Gas's fault I might add) had to move some of the new boiler pipes to fit the kitchen units. Kenny arrived within an hour of being called on the same day and had Derek on site to move the pipes a bit later - all complete within two or three hours and a minimal charge was made - exceptional support and service. Would highly recommend.
