TRS Plastering and Building Services with over 30yrs experience, (Click' onto Pics above to browse my examples) could easily be described as one of the more rare 'old school' plastering and rendering companies.

Now semi-retired, but able to take on Bay repairs and render replacement, and accessible smaller areas of Sand, Lime and cement render finishes at very affordable prices.

It was fortunate in my particular case that I did indeed work on the European plastering systems abroad in Germany during the 80's and in France over a decade ago, not to mention being taught by an 'old school' tradesman originally in the UK. Because of this I can offer a fully comprehensive range of both interior and exterior types of plaster/render finish.

My interior plastering covers both sand, cement and lime backing coats (Damp proofing), as well as the outdated wet backing repair plastering, along with a typical final finishing coat. Also the more modern and cheaper dry lining (plasterboard) plastering, that can either be bonded onto a masonry wall with adhesive, or simply screwed onto a timber frame work known as a 'stud wall'. Timber frameworks are ideal for the easy partitioning of an existing room etc, and of course are completed in typical finishing plaster.

My vast experience in outdoor exterior render coats allows me to offer customers the choice of almost every type of render finish in existence, including: Sand and lime - Sand, cement and lime (smooth finish)- Chip-dash - Pebble-dash - Tyrolean (flicked finish) etc.
