OMdays, thank you so much Sharon and Ian for providing fantastic tasty food to my home at the specified time. All my guests were raving about the quality and taste and filled all the containers I had and took food home for their Sunday dinner. Brilliant party had by all.

The food provided by this company was well and truelly SUPERB! Each and every one of our guests were totally satisfied and with so many great comments on the taste of absolutely everything.

Sharon and Ian of Trini Caribbean catered at our wedding recently and they did a fantastic job! The food Sharon made was delicious (we had canapés, a buffet of mains and a couple of cakes for dessert). The feedback from our guests was hugely positive all round! Ian and his team helped everything go super smooth on the day, the service was great. They also arranged hiring of catering equipment and bar staff for us which made everything much easier to organise. Their communication in the run up and throughout was really responsive which is just what we needed when there were lots of things to think about. We honestly couldn't have asked for more, highly recommended!

OMG - this catering company is impressive with authentic homemade Trinidadian and Caribbean cuisines (Trinidad cuisine is noted to be the finest in the Caribbean). Everyone at our big Birthday and 40th Anniversary Party commented that the food was delicious, tasty and well presented. Thank you, Sharon and Ian, for making our celebration so very special. Your efficient organisation meant we did not have to worry about our guests, and you took wonderful care of that, and the serving staff were equally charming and helpful. Jasmini, my wife is Trinidadian, and there were lots of Caribbean people there who were delighted to find a company that could provide authentic Caribbean food. While planning the event, we called various restaurants and caterers, but no one could deliver this level of quality and service. Very well done and greatly appreciated! .

Trini Caribbean Catering catered our wedding with a self service buffet. The whole process with Sharon has been an utter delight from beginning to end. She helped us plan what we wanted/ needed and then provided a taster menu at which she was really open to our ideas and changes. She has been very responsive throughout the process and taken our wedding really seriously whilst being so friendly and excited for us. The food itself was mouth wateringly delicious and we received many compliments from our guests. One parent who previously described their child as a ‘fussy eater’ said that their child asked for seconds. Fantastic value for money. We ordered Trinidad pelau, curried goat, channa potato curry, pumpkin, dhal puri roti, pholourie and doubles for almost 100 people. Sharon even made a special individual dish for one guest with lots of allergies. Set up and take down went so smoothly, we hardly noticed that they were there. We used Trini Carib Catering for a big Caribbean cricketing event in London. Excellent service and fantastic quality - cannot recommend them highly enough. Their jerk chicken was one of the best I've ever had, cooked to perfection. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Our experience with Trini Caribbean Catering was faultless right from the start. They were so helpful and not at all pushy. They were also extremely friendly and we felt very confident that they wanted our party to be as much of a success as we did. The food arrived as expected and was super not only in taste but in presentation. Everyone said how wonderful it was in fact one person said it was the first meal she had really enjoyed in weeks.

It was the 2nd time that I had use the catering services of the wonderful trinity catering. The last time was for my daughters first holy communion , this time around it was a funeral-reception for my dad who sadly passed away in February. Yet again Trini catering exceeded my expectations the quality and quantity of food was amazing. Sharon one of the organisers is a fantastic person who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The food was delivered on time and in abundance. The guests thoroughly enjoyed it. Many going up for 2nds and 3rd helpings. Although it was a sad day for us as a family it was a happy time as I know that we did dad proud with the funeral reception and this is all thanks to trini catering. EXCELLENT FOOD! I went to my friends wedding Saturday and it was so delish! Me and my 2 year old son was eating so much. The Curry Goat and salt fish fritters and bonus. Would like for them to service me in upcoming events as the food are so nice and heard Sharon is really nice! Would recommend to others!

I just want to say how nice the curry and the chicken was for our Wedding buffet on the 3rd October 2015. The service was very good and we would recommend the company to anyone…. Very good.

Excellent customer service from begining to end. All enquiries were dealt with promptly and professionally. Excellent, informative and simple to navigate website. The food was deliverd right on time, was piping hot and tasted fabulous; great, spicy authentic caribbean cuisine and good value for money. Would defenitely use this company again. We googled this lovely company amongst many in the hope that the reviews would speak for themselves we chose starters, of salt fish fritters and mini patties main courses curried goat, fried chicken and rice and peas and side dishes of pumpkin soup, plaintain and macaroni pie, to cater for our son's Christening. From the initial contact to the end of event, Sharon and Ian were polite, courteous and re-assuringly positive, that all would be well. What a lovely surprise in presentation, smell and obviously taste, our guest and I were delighted; the curried goat was tender and melted in our mouths, rice and peas light yet full of flavour and the pumpkin soup was welcomed on a cold day, with its full hearty richness of pumpkin and light seasoning. Throughly recommended and we can't wait to call Sharon and Ian again for our family and friends Summer party, desserts to be included next time.

A big thank you from the team at the South London Gallery for catering our Christmas party in December 2014. The jerk chicken went down a storm, as did the delicious curry. Just had Trini Caribbean Catering for my husbands 50th Birthday Party and I'm so glad I found them. From start to finish their service has been superb. Nothing was too much trouble. I ordered a wide range and large quantity of their dishes and each of them was delicious and cooked to perfection. The Goat Curry especially went down very well. I cannot praise them enough.
