i broken laptop power plug i took trilogic i asked to do quick i pleased they did quick repair i very pleased i recomend to friends i happy.

Fast, repair of my notebook at a ok price. Would recommend to a friend.

My laptop went off in the middle of completing an important report. I took it to another shop in Bradford they said it could not be repaired and they tried to sell me another one. I took it to Trilogic for a second opinion. They could not do it that day but phoned me with a price of £68. I got them to do it and collect it next day. All my data was still there, I had a fully working laptop next day. I was very pleased and so am writing this as a recommendation if you need your laptop repaired.

My laptop broke on Saturday morning and Trilogic repaired it by Saturday pm. This was important as it contained all my work. They were a lifesaver, highly recommended.

I sent my laptop to these clowns back in May when it developed a fault with the graphics card. They sent it back a few days later and it worked fine. Then a week later it broke again so I sent it back. This happened a further 8 times up until now (October). The manager Graham even charged me more on 9th October for a new motherboard which he promised would fix it. Then he sent it back and assured it would be the final time they would see it and as soon as I switched it on it was broken. It is as if they are just opening up the case and playing about and closing it again. This company have not got a clue what they are doing and Graham the owner/manager is quite happy to talk to me as if I know nothing about computers and then lie about fixing mine. I am so dissapointed that I feel sick - tomorrow I am taking my laptop to an approved Sony Vaio repair shop.Moreexpand_more
