I had a superb experience with a computer service provider named Trident Computers. They set up my new PC quickly and at a reasonable price, and before leaving, the technician explained everything. He also offered to explain any unclear aspects of the setup. Overall, the experience was entirely stress-free.

Phil was recommended to me earlier this year by my brother in law, and he has helped me remotely a few times since then. I was using a very old PC and unsupported version of Windows, and knew I needed to bite the bullet and upgrade before Phil advised it would be prudent to do so. Knowing what I use my PC for, Phil has recommended and sourced a laptop for me and copied all my old messy files over into one tidy master folder, as agreed, installed Windows and my Microsoft licence. He has even recommended what adapter to buy to ensure I can continue to use my existing monitor rather than buy a new one, and this has worked perfectly. He's made what I thought would be a painful process, very easy. I have no hesitation in recommending Phil's services. Great service and value.

I have had a good experience doing business with Phill. He was patient and courteous in answering all my questions which led to me placing an order. Also, his prices are reasonable and competitive. Phill provided safe and secure delivery from his area to London where I live and has continued providing aftersales advice. Fast efficient service. Phill upgraded my system to a new hard drive and from Windows 7 to 10 and updated all the drivers. All done in a couple of days.

I contacted Trident Computers having had no previous connection with them or knowing anybody who had. I had handed my computer to another alleged repairer of computers to fix the slow running and pop up problems. It was returned to me in a worse state than when it went away including no printer or cctv connection which I had never had a problem with before. I rang Trident on a Friday and it was arranged for a visit to my home the same day. The man who I now know to be Phil came and said he could sort the problems and arrange to carry out the work on the following Monday. He gave me a price for the work and arrived on the Monday and fixed my computer which now works better than it ever had. The price was not as much as he had originally quoted and far less than I had paid the original 'fixer', luckily by cheque. I could not give Trident a more glowing report, honest, capable and first class. Thank you Phil.

Phil came to check out my pc start-up problem and got it starting in no time at all. His company responds efficiently and points out options without any sales pressure what-so-ever. It's hard as Hell finding someone you can trust and charges a fair price for the work carried out. Thanks Trident Computers and will be using you from now on! Thanks again. Brian. :).

Trident Computers set me up a new laptop which included transferring programmes from my old laptop to the new one. I was very pleased with the work carried out which was done quickly and efficiently and they answered any questions I had in a way that I could understand! I would definitely use them again.

I had a few problems particularly an inability to access many addresses on-line. Phil found that an application which I thought protected me against malware was not doing so and put it right. I was particularly impressed by his success in clearing one fault which most people I spoke to had never heard of: one site I needed to use always changed whatever letters I hit on my keyboard into something entirely different, as if instantly encoding it.

The job was to advise on the selection of a new computer, install it and transfer over all the very large number of files and install all the software. The decision making on the hardware was made very easy for me and the whole job was completed very quickly and efficiently so that I was up and running with very little of my own time needing to be spent on it.

We received excellent service from Trident Computers, and our computer issues were resolved within 24 hours.

My Netbook had pink lines across it, making it unusable. I'm particularly fond of the machine and didn't really want to buy a new one. A major PC retailer told me it would cost about £55 to assess the problem and then the additional cost of parts and labour on top. I did an internet search for local PC repair companies in the Bingley area and e-mailed my problem to Phil. He replied very promptly with a possible cause, solution and total price (£65 TOTAL ! ) I was really impressed with Phil's communication, fairness, professionalism and friendly, helpful attitude - I would recommend him to anyone - THANKYOU !

I was recommended by a friend who had used Phil in the past. I had a number of issues with my old computer which Phil ironed out. Then when we wanted to replace the old computer, Phil sorted a new computer for us. He has always been quick to respond to any problems sorting them out straight. Away.

My laptop developed a virus and my usual contact failed to respond despite over a week trying to contact them. I found Phil via a local newspaper and made contact. My computor conked, Phill was here within half an hour, had to take laptop away as it was a windows problem. He backed up all my photos, letters everything. He upgraded my g bites from 2 to 3 also. When he returned it he sat and installed printer, camera and all other discs I needed. Put everything back to where they were originally. Superb patient man and I am well pleased with the cost and repair. Recommend very highly. Phill came out to me again yesterday to explain the updates to me, the after care is brilliant by this company. Use Trident with confidence. Not a rip off firm. My laptop will not go to anyone else now. Just got my daughters laptop back,it was running so slow, Phill upgraded it, took all the rubbish off and sorted it out. Excellent advice and service at a very reasonable price.

I thought my laptop had had it blue screen would not boot up etc. Was recommended to go to Trident Computers for it to be repaired (Or buy a new one) This is only 2 years old. I asked Trident to come to my house which the technician called round within 5 minuets he told me it had a faulty hard drive. So took it away with him. He gave me an estimate which was reasonable I asked him to go on with the repair. 2days later he delivered it back and to my amazement it is better than it was when I first bought it. All in all I am very satisfied with the repair.
