Former Projects Director for Shangri La Hotels and Resorts. 30 years working within the Hospitality Industry, including General Manager, Hotel Development and Projects, Group Director Golf, Spa and Health, Group Director for Commercial and Brand Development. Kai also brings specific experience in the Asian markets.

Former Vice President Sales and Marketing for Shangri La Group. In that role she oversaw and managed development of Regional Sales Offices in the US, Europe, Middle East, India and Asia Pacific with a special focus on Global Accounts.
