Tilly is always so excited when she arrives at Trails for Tails which is a great sign that she enjoys her time spent with Connie and Kim. She has the chance to socialise with lots of other dogs throughout the day and comes home exhausted! Would recommend Trails for Tails for anyone after doggie day care.

Accommodation great, personnel friendly but professional. My rather unsocial dog enjoys her days at Trails for Tails and it has improved her sociability with other dogs. She comes home having had exciting and exhausting days and I'm extremely happy with the services.

We have been using Trails for Tails since November 2016. They provide a very convenient, friendly, caring and helpful service, and have a true affection for their charges. I have recommended them to friends who are also happy to have discovered a home from home for their dogs.

Would highly recommend Trails for Tails. Rufus is always happy to see Connie and can't wait to get out of the door and into the van. I've often received texts and photos of him on walks which is a lovely touch.

Having lost a dog previously and therefore becoming very protective of my new dog, I found it extremely difficult to trust people. I had used numerous services and was let down and could not find the right one. When I came across Trails for Tails they were very understanding of my needs, and my dog took and instant like to Connie and her family. My dog is always happy to go to daycare, and is always well excercised when I return home. Connie sends me photographs of my dog throughout the week to show me what fun she is having with all the other dogs! She always updates me with any relevant information necessary, and most importantly she is an incredible person. She is very knowledgable of animal behaviour and handling and I have noticed a significant positive change in my dogs behaviour since being cared for by connie. I honestly could not rate this service enough, absolutely fantastic value for money, and the quality of service is outstanding. Thank you so much Connie.

Molly received the best of care and attention with Connie and her family. She lives with them in a lovely family environment as if she were their own. I can t recommend this business more highly.

We left our dog with Trails for Tails for 11 days while we went on holiday. Before the holiday Connie asked us to leave him during the day then subsequently overnight to ensure he liked it and fitted in. We thought this a good idea and showed attention to detail. Connie emailed us with photos to let us know how Kenny was getting on, which was reassuring. Overall we felt Trails for Tails was a professionally run and caring organisation and, importantly for us, although our dog was pleased to see us again, he was not in a rush to leave the premises and it was clear he had enjoyed himself. We will have no hesitation is booking with Connie again or in recommending her.

Sasha always seems very happy when she goes to Connie. Sasha is a rescue dog and is quite need. We understand that she is quite well behaved when she goes to Connie. Sasha is perfectly happy to go back to Connie's at any time and always trots up her path with a 'waggy tail'. Connie seems to understand the dogs and their individual needs. She took Sasha for a day to begin with, and then overnight with us collecting her early the next morning so that Sasha got the idea that we would return. She integrated Sasha gradually, and therefore Sasha was not nervous when we left her for two nights. I would certainly recommend Connie to anyone who needs their dog looking after for a day or longer. We are more than happy for Sasha to return to Connie's.

Home from home comfort for your dogs. Two walks a day and large garden for exercise. They always come back happy and healthy.

I have found Trails for Tails to be an excellent service. My Mini Schnauzer always enjoys her holiday stays, I would recommend them to anyone looking for doggy care.

Trails for Tails offers an exemplary service! Cannot be faulted. For the times I have to leave my fluffballs - Snoochie and Booch - home alone I know they are well cared for and loved by Auntie Connie! I actually believe said fluffballs look forward to us going away! Connie brings them treats and sends us text/photo messages by way of an update. Trails for Tails goes above and beyond to care for my cats each and every time - I don't know what I'd do without the service.

I don't know what Id do without Trails for Tails! They have Chester a few times a month and have been very accommodating, particularly when I need to book him in at the last minute. Chester loves going with them and gets very excited when they arrive to pick him up. They have been looking after Chester since he was 12 weeks old and I trust them completely, they've been very good at updating me on his behaviour and have been keeping on top of his training while he is in their care. Also its been lovely to receive photo updates during the day while he is out on the walks with the other dogs or having a nap on the sofa! Chester is a very loving, well behaved and sociable dog which I believe is partly due to his time spent in Connie and Kim's care. I am very grateful for their help as I would not of been able to get a dog if it wasn't for Trails for Tails. I cannot recommend them enough.

Trails for Tails looked after our cats whist we were on holiday. Whilst I missed them I didn't once worry if they were okay. I know that they are in safe hands and well looked after by Connie. I would recommend to my family and friends.

Our Bichon Billy has never been so happy and calm since going to Trails for Tails. Bill loves Connie and her family, he has a home from home while he is in doggie daycare. I would highly recommend Connie to my friends and family.

We love sending our dog to be looked after by Trails for Tails. We are always confident that she is looked after really well, and reliably. We can trust them to take great care of our dog, and proof is in how much she looks forward to going, is happy and is kept fit with plenty of walks. Brilliant service!

Our dog has been taken out by Connie and Kim for several months now, and we have nothing but good things to say about the service. Our dog sometimes used to run away and hide when we suggested a walk, but having been around sometimes when she is collected, we have been pleased to see that she actually waits by the door for Connie or Kim! As others have said, the feedback we get through texts and photos is really helpful. They are very professional but also friendly, and flexible too when we have needed an extra day. Even the business aspects are dealt with very well. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Molly has been going to Connie and Kim since she was 12 weeks old, she is now nearly 7 months; in the time Molly has been going to Trails for Tails she has really developed herself, when we drop Molly to Trails for Tails she is so excited to see her friends, Connie and Kim. Molly is very sociable with other dogs and I am sure this is due to her going to Trails for Tails. Connie gave us the information of a local Puppy and Dog Trainer which has developed Molly's skills. I am very grateful to Connie and Kim for everything they have done with Molly, I can trust them 100%, I can go to work knowing she is safe, she is going to have fun and lovely walks. Connie always gives us an update either throughout the day with photo's and a message or at the end of the day when we pick her up. Thank you ladies for everything you do!

I have used Trails For Tails for 5 months and am delighted with the service they provide. Our dog is always excited to see the van. She arrives home tired at the end of the day. I have texts and photos regularly to show me what fun our dog is having. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Trails for Tails have looked after our cats Chester and Poppy twice now and we have booked them in for a 3rd time. Connie and Kim are trustworthy and helpful and clearly love animals. It was really reassuring to get a message with a photo letting us know that they were ok and also knowing the house was in safe hands too. I would definitely recommend them.

Connie and her family have helped us tremendously with our puppy. Not only does she treat her like one of her own, she even helps her iron out those little naughty behaviours. Our puppy was very timid and afraid of people but now she is desperate to get in to see Connie and the crew. Thanks.
