Mr Bob Evans came to my workplace and fitted a set of rear parking sensors and a towbar to my VW Passatt estate car. He was accompanied by Martin. They were both dressed in clean overalls and arrived at the agreed time. Despite that it was pouring down with rain and the car was parked in an open car park they got on with the job. I watched them very carefully remove my bumper and place it on the carpets that they had brought with them to stop my bumper being scratched. They found that one of the pre drilled holes in the cars chassis was rusted up and the threads were damaged. Bob red-rilled the hole and cut a new thread and he did not charge me a single penny extra! I was absolutely amazed. This sort of service is a thing of the past, impressive to say the very least. Then they fitted the parking sensors to the rear bumper before fitting it back on. And they even fitted a very discreet switch in the load area so I can turn the sensors off when I connect my bicycle rack ( I did not ask for it but Martin noticed the rack in the back of my car. The parking sensor heads were painted by Bob prior to fitting and they were an exact match. (when the job was done he gave me the can of paint and gave me a quick lesson in repairing scratches). When the bumper was refitted Bob and Martin went to great lengths to make sure that I would be able to hear the warning beeper. Had a detachable Brink tow bar + 13 pin electrics with dedicated ford wiring harness fitted to my Ford Mondeo Estate Auto titanium xjob took about 3 hours so lots involved and then they had to re-mapp the ECU so it would work with reverse sensors etc, due to it being Titanium x they had to make a cut in the bumper,which I was a little concerned about,however when I saw the cut it was very neat and small with a neat face plate that covered the cut. All in all I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend to all.

Being new to this towing fiasco,i was quite pleased to find a company that offers good advice and information. they fitted my towbar and showed me how it all worked before i left the site, A class customer service. Would reccomend to friends and family alike.
