Total Services did my bathroom recently and did a fantastic job. They were really helpful in helping me design the bathroom. From start to finish they were great. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Shaun at Total Services Group has just completed a total refurb for our bathroom which we are delighted with. From beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble and he completed the bathroom on time and exactly how we had designed it. The finishing touches are immaculate and he left the house perfectly clean when he had finished. We are having Shaun back for a garage conversion very soon and I would recommend Total Services for all aspects of home improvments no matter how big or small. Great reliable and personal service.

Extremely swift to start and finish a complete new roof on our end terraced house. I'd got several quotes and nobody could do it cheaper and certainty not within the timescale it was done. Living abroad I havnt had chance to see the roof in person but I was sent photographs immediately and friends and family close by say it's quality finish stands out. We have had a door and framework fitted today the quality of the workmanship is excellent Sean worked like a Trojan all day and I would feel comfortable recommending Total services to anyone.

Complete refurbish of bathroom, from stripping out the old, and then fitting the new bathroom. All plumbing, plastering and tiling carried out by Shaun himself. Excellent work, and very pleased with finished bathroom. Steve Smee.

Total Services completed a full bathroom redesign and refit for us and have also revamped our kitchen with new worktops and upstands, sink, tap, appliances and Karndene flooring. Both jobs (and the bathroom was a big job including knocking a wall through to make it bigger)were carried out in a very clean and efficient manor. I dealt with Sue for all the design side of things and she really helped me make the right choices in bathroom fittings and worktops and everything looks fantastic. The best thing of all was that Total Services arranged everything so we didn't need to do anything other than pay up at the end! Shaun, Dave and the flooring lads have all done an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. It is very refreshing to deal with such a hard working and honest bunch of people. Would not hesitate to recommend and plan to use them again in 2014 for yet more home improvements.

I have used Total Services as my preferred supplier for a number of years on my different properties, compared to the other companies I have always found them cost effective. The quality of workmanship has also always been of a high standard and the work has stood the test of time.

I would highly recommend Total Services. I originally found their details on the internet and, although I was nervous about using a company without any personal recommendation, after reading the internet reviews I decided to use them for a number of maintenance jobs of varying sizes on my property. I was not disappointed! The service was totally professional and first class from start to finish and we are extremely pleased with the end result. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends and family. Introduced by a friend, which is always a good sign, I wasn't disappointed. Total Services handled the repair at my property quickly and efficiently. I was told exactly what the problem was and given a few pricing options. The work was done quickly and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

We use total services for a range of repairs and the service levels they provide are excellent, the quality of work is of the highest standard and the after sales service is second to none. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have used Total Services for a number of years and for a number of jobs. Their service is always aimed a fulfilling the needs of the job to get it right for the tenant and me the landlord. I have never had any issues with the quality of the works done and the time frame in which the work gets carried out. There have never been any un-necessary or unexpected jobs which needed doing, all unexpected works get discussed before they get carried out. I would recommend Total Services time and time again, and will continue to use them myself. I sincerely endorse what Total Services do.

Always someone there at the end of the phone, always dealt with professionally and a tradesman arrives quickly, kept up to date with any problems and not charging the earth for this efficiency. I wouldn't use any one else on my properties .

I had a number of problems with my house when I moved in. I had damp patches develop everywhere and was in a total flap because someone told me I needed the place replastering. Shaun came round to take a look and told me that the damp in the bathroom could be solved by wiping it off, the damp on the other walls could be wiped off and painted over, and the only significant thing needed was a bit of jiggery pokery on the roof. When I enquired about the cost of painting the room Shaun told me to just paint the wall that needed doing. These people are amazing - they are so honest and professional that they do themselves out of money. The work was carried out promptly, with clear pricing and updates all the way from Sue. Brilliant.

I am very happy with the level of service I receive. Repairs are carried out promptly and to a high standard with a minimum of fuss. Very good value for money.

We have used Total Services on 4 separate occasions on recommendation from friends of ours . They have completed loft re insulation , renovation of 2 bedrooms ; ripping out wardrobes , sound proofing , electrics and redecoration . We are so pleased with their workmanship , time to completion, & value for money that we shall be using them again for our kitchen refurb . Recommend them without hesitation.
