Booking via the website was straightforward and convenient. Received our set-up time a few days before the event. On the day, Total Bounce were ready and waiting when we arrived at the venue and set everything up quickly, and packed up quickly at the end. Both were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic service and incredible helpful, had a specific window of time for a book party, the lovely dinosaur castle was delivered and set up ready for the party and collected promptly at the end. Used them twice and booked for a 3rd time this summer. Brilliant!

The service was great value for money, the staff were friendly and professional. I had difficulty securing a venue until the last minute, but it was no problem for these chaps, they were totally flexible! Brilliant, highly recommend, the bouncy castle was also very clean and in excellent condition.
