Torridon Cost Consultancy is an RICS-regulated quantity surveying and construction cost consultancy based in Edinburgh, working on projects across Scotland and throughout the UK. Commercial Refurbishment.

Torridon has particular expertise in commercial refurbishment and existing buildings. We understand the additional cost risks associated with refurbishment, including existing fabric and services, phasing, occupied environments, logistics and uncertainty in the existing building. We help clients establish realistic budgets, identify risks early and maintain effective cost control as projects develop.

Retrofit and Office Fit-Out.

We provide quantity surveying and cost consultancy services for building retrofit and office fit-out projects across the UK. Our experience includes commercial office refurbishment, workplace fit-out, decarbonisation and retrofit projects, and the conversion and repositioning of existing buildings.
