The design and craftsmanship of our Canterbury fireplace are of outstanding quality. Paul's arrangements for fitting the unit were particularly helpful and the fireplace we chose with his help greatly enhances our home. It is much admired by visitors.

Paul made two sandstone gate posts for my drive gate which matched the design of two 1870 posts supporting the front gate. I am very pleased with his work and the finished effect and his price (including transport) was significantly lower than quotations offered by local masons.

I recently purchased a beautiful fireplace, the Cambridge in Breton Sandstone. In addition, Paul personalised it with a botanical sculpture at a small additional cost. The service he provided throughout was excellent. I could not be happier!

Paul was very helpful and easy to deal with both on the phone and when carrying out the installation. The fireplace is very well made and lived up to our expectations completely. Paul was very patient as we adjusted the fireplace measurements to fit the space and stove, the fireplace was delivered on time very well packed, and it really completes the room, providing it with subtle character in an otherwise ordinary space. Tomlinsons liaised with our builders and even included a pack of matching dust with which to point the stonework. Our Fairfield fireplace has already been much admired - not least by us! We are delighted.

Paul helped us select the stone to match our fireplace and a suitable style to fit in with the lounge where it was fitted. He liaised with the guys who were fitting the log burner so that they worked together smoothly. Everything was on time to estimate and high quality.
